Pictures must have been taken 10 years ago because what the pictures show and what it is are not the same. The place has poor upkeep and it seems like they are trying to spend as little as they can. There were fans in the hot dark, dirty hallways because they didn’t want to turn on the ac. It seemed like everything was cheep and neglected. Would not recommend

Place came with no shower curtain, took over hour to get curtain - was in hurry head out for work needed shower first. Then planned stay 2nd night had pay $100 deposit, if wanted the 2nd night had pay ANOTHER $100 deposit — didn’t understand why couldn’t just extend for 1 night without paying again so decided stay somewhere else Not counting the gym you have to request and sign for weights

I like the idea of being right off the highway. What I didn't like was when I got ready to lysol the bed down I noticed a long string of hair on the pillowcase. I pulled the bed apart and found more long strings of hair in the bed. I went down to the front desk and informed the male clerk and he apologized and moved me to another room. I did the same exact thing to that room that I did to the first room and there again was long-haire on the pillowcase and inside bed again. I went back down to the front desk and said to the male clerk "I'm sorry for bothering you but I really cannot make this stuff up that I found long hairs in the bed and on the pillowcase again. At this time, he sent another male clerk to check another room to put me in and he said it was good. I went in the third room and did exactly what I did in the previous rooms and found long hair strings in the bed once again. At this point and time it was late and I was tired. I sprayed the recliner down and slept on it. I should have been refunded and wasn't. Their housekeeping lady needs to wear a hair net. I will not be staying here anymore.

Limited food options, the continental breakfast was not eatable, scrambled eggs dried out on top floating in greazy oily water, what passed for sausage patties were dried out looking like a fast case of food poisoning. That buffet was in a state of clearly no one giving a care about it or its quality. Electric Fans around the lobbly a sure indicator the AC was non functioning. The dirt foot prints all over the lobby at checkin were gone in the moring so that was a plus.

Amazing staff, solid rooms, minor maintenance

Staff are amazing, rooms are decently comfy. Beds are way better than most hotels. There are a lot of tiny maintenance issues in most rooms but it’s things like caulking, tub drains and bathroom door handles. They aren’t big enough issues to affect you stay, but they should definitely be addressed

The hotel desk staff was untrained. No management on site. Took an hour to check in because they didn’t no how to check in with Expedia. Worse check-in experience I’ve ever had.

if you just want a bed, they are comfortable. The hotel is not well kept and needs an update. Our bathroom did not have a door knob.
