The staff and check in and check out was excellent -- everyone was very friendly and competent. Unfortunately, the room was not so good. Pro -- it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Cons -- it was not clean. There was used soap in the bathtub, the floor was slick and greasy, and the drain fitting was missing (there was an actual hole in the bathtub.) There weren't many towels and some didn't look clean. There was missing molding on the bottom of the dresser and some rust on metal fixtures. The bathtub also didn't look clean. We didn't use it. The room smelled damp and yucky. We told the staff they probably need to take the room out of rotation until some repairs are made. At breakfast there were no forks and we were told the supplier had not delivered any. Waffles were good, though -- we ate them with a spoon. But kudos to the staff -- no problems there.

It was terrible. The outside doors don't even lock or shut. They worked like a screen door - You didn't even have to twist the doorknob. The facilities were rundown and dirty - paint peeling off the walls, hardware missing. The elevators were disgusting. The AC was broken and it smelled like disgusting toe cheese. There was no hot breakfast because the "employee didn't show up to fix it." - According to the front desk. The employees looked like they did drugs on their 5 minute breaks. Housekeeping did not grace the threshold of our room for the entirety of our 3 night stay. I put our towels outside the door thinking it would give them a hint... Nope. We just went towel-less. The phone in our room did not work. The blowdryer was covered in grime and was sticky with filth. Our room keys stopped working and I had to go get more. As we were leaving, the housekeeper was in the hallway telling other clients that they could go downstairs to get towels from the front desk. I am just completely disenchanted with the entire experience.

Power outage chaos

We were comfortable but it was a chaotic atmosphere. The staff was working very hard to help everyone. The power had been out there for 2 hrs prior to our arrival. The staff was kind and generous but really needed help. Not sure what happened the next morning. But the lady doing check-ins was also trying to set up breakfast and was running back and forth as best she could. She needed help. She still maintained a pleasant attitude. We just felt like someone above her wasn’t seeing the need for help for her. However we’ve stayed with them before and things were fine.

Once a decent hotel.

The front office ladies were helpful. But the constant smell of weed, pool wasn't clean, and no breakfast for 2 days. Homeless or otherwise hanging out in the back and can come in whenever because the back dirt lock is broken.

The door to the outside was not able to lock so although it had a sign saying it is always locked it wasn't. Our key card took too long to open our door. The room service concerning our room being cleaned was not good we had our linens changed, while we were out only to find a blood stain on the inner sheet. The breakfast times could be extended. The gym access was good. Some of the guest and their dogs were noisy late at night. The desk service was excellent each time we approached them and our checkout was great.

Not worth the money or hassle.

We stayed here often years ago with no issues . The place is very unkept now. Summertime and the pool was gross!! The beds were small,lumpy, & uncomfortable The room appeared clean but had a strong wet dog smell, I had to clean the room and spray freshener. Had two towels for 4 people. Breakfast at 8:15 was empty food when it was supposed to be til 9am, and food was basic. Just not very comfortable Also two different housekeepers in 5 mins opened my door at 10am, while I was in the shower
