Liked price and convenience of location. Didn’t look clean in areas such as bathroom/ tub area. Blue masking tape labeled rooms numbers - weird. No hand bars in shower/tub and my 11 year old son slipped and fell completely out of the tub pulling entire shower curtain down. He landed flat on his back and now has complaint of tailbone pain. When reported to front desk, the front desk person was very non empathetic. Her co worker came to relieve her and was very nice saying she hoped my son was ok and sorry it happened. She assisted me in writing a report of the incident.

No Elevator Service

When we got there, we were informed that the elevator was not working. Our room was on the 3rd floor which meant walking up 3 flights of stairs all the time. Me being an elderly woman didn't make it so easy for me. I have a bad knee and bad hip. Wasn't happy about this. If this had been mentioned when I initially booked the room, I wouldn't have booked it.

Didn’t have towels in the room. When we asked the front desk their response was “we don’t have any. We can give you a used towel if you need one.”

The elevator was broken. Rooms did not have a room number display. The room numbers were displayed on each door with painters tape written with a sharpie marker. There was hair in the bed. There was hair in the shower. The drain in the shower drained slowly causing water to rise in the tub while taking a shower. The refrigerator was dirty. The arms in the chair were rusted. I will not be staying here again.

The location is great and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator was out of order when we were there but it was only a minor inconvenience.

checked in after 6pm and when got to room it was not cleaned at all but they still gave us a key. elevators not working the entire time was there and had to up and down 3 flights of stairs. phone didnt work in the room and did not have enough hot water for more than one shower

The property was really run down. The doors had painters tap with handwritten numbers. The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed. There was a lot of broken doors and elevator

OK for the price

Stay was adequate. Breakfast was generic at best. Front desk services were top notch. Housekeeping very loud with random conversation in the mornings. Did see a roach in the room. Checkout was a breeze.
