There is no public transit near by.


Streaming services are available by connecting your laptop to the TV via HDMI cable. NO Smart TV on property.
The dock is available from the last weekend in May till early October ( exact date TBD)
The dock is 32' long.  A 16' boat can be docked there.
Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
Life vests: 6 adult universal size and 2 kids/various size. We advise renters to bring their own, to ensure all body shapes and sizes in their party are accommodated.
Beach towels are provided.
Charcoal Grill ONLY - charcoal can be purchased at Home Depot and Walmart on 111
There is ample free parking space for up to 4 vehicles. In the winter months park on the platform at road level instead of down the driveway
Guest entry is facilitated through an E-lock, a digital lock system that generates a unique code for each guest's stay.
This property requires 4 steps to enter.
The wood-burning stoves and fireplace are not available for guest use.
Fire pit however is for the guests to enjoy. Firewood is NOT provided but can be purchased at the Maine Homestead Market (6 minute drive), just down the road on Kennebunk Pond Road

Pet friendly - Max one dog per reservation, DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE !!!
🐶 Quick Note:
We love your pup, but our furniture prefers to stay fur-free. If your dog is a natural couch-climber, just toss their favorite blanket over the sofa so everyone stays comfy.

In the event of a power outage, the home is equipped with a whole-house generator.
Trash pick up every Saturday. Please put trash and recycling in containers at the side of the house.

To rent this property, guests must be 25 years of age or older.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE

Privacy Note: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. One faces the driveway and the other faces the back sliding glass door area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
