Magnificent architect-designed villa in traditional Algarve style

Magnifique villa de 220 m2, entiÚrement rénovée en 2020, Casa Luza accueille 4 à 6 personnes, idéal pour deux couples ou un couple avec enfants, située dans le quartier trÚs calme et prestigieux de Salicos, à 2.3 km des plages, du centre-ville de Carvoeiro, de toutes les commodités et proche de nombreux parcours de golf.
La villa se compose de 2 grandes chambres climatisĂ©es avec leurs salles de bain respectives et d’une mezzanine pouvant accueillir 2 personnes.
La chambre parentale comprend un grand lit boxspring (180) pour un confort exceptionnel avec une salle de bain (baignoire) attenante, la 2Úme chambre est également dotée de lits boxspring, séparés (2X90) ou un grand lit (180) à choix, avec salle de bain (douche) attenante et coffre fort, ainsi qu'une mezzanine qui comprend un couchage supplémentaire en canapé lit en 160.
La cuisine, complÚtement refaite, équipée avec électroménager de haut standing, et cave à vin intégrée. TrÚs bel espace grillades extérieur avec un barbecue et un barbecue électrique.
La salle Ă  manger, avec une grande table de 8 personnes est ouverte sur le salon climatisĂ© , avec cheminĂ©e, TV +internet haut dĂ©bit , ouverte sur les terrasses avec coin salon et espace repas Ă  l’abri du soleil.
La maison se situe dans un grand jardin verdoyant méditerranéen avec oliviers, caroubiers, amandiers, figuiers, avec une intimité totale, une grande piscine privée sans vis à vis et espace détente pour des vacances relaxantes.

Casa Luza is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway.It’s a five minute drive into town and the beach. Close to two large grocery stores that have everything you need. The location is ideal, an easy drive to all the trails and towns along the coast.We enjoyed a month at Casa Luza and would highly recommend it. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year.

Perfect Location for Everything Algarve!

Casa Luza is a beautiful property in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s in a perfect central location to all of the Algarve highlights, 3 minute drive to a beautiful beach, the best coastal hiking area, restaurants and supermarkets. An hour to the coast and 40 minutes to Faro. We loved our 2 months at Casa Luza and would recommend it to couples and families.

Salicos and Casa Luza are in a perfect location and a beautiful home. We spent two relaxing and enjoyable weeks in a perfect home. The reality was much better than the online description. Another idyllic week at Casa Luza

Our 2nd and hopefully not last visit to Casa Luza. The setting is perfect. Near Carvoeiro and it’s restaurants and beaches and 2 great supermarkets. In a gorgeous area - so peaceful and green. The house and grounds are so well appointed. Just perfect for us. Hope to stay with you again very soon.

Fabulous villa in a peaceful location

We loved our stay at this fabulous villa which was even lovelier than I had imagined. The villa and outside areas were well equipped and comfortable. We loved the peaceful location yet only 5 mins in a taxi to Carvoeiro and all its restaurants etc. The most beautiful beaches are only 5-10 mins in a car from the villa. Thanks Laurence for looking after us so well. We’ll definitely be back.

A piece of paradise!

Our stay at Casa Luza was fantastic. The property landscape is jaw dropping! The pool was put to good use, very private setting. The pictures on the site do not do the interior justice. It is gorgeous throughout. Very well supplied with all kitchen needs. Beds were a dream to sleep in. Two weeks was not long enough!

We’ve stayed in many villas over the past 18 years and this was one of our top 3! The pictures really don’t do this wonderful Villa justice. Fantastic layout, beautiful decor and furnishing (inside and out), extremely well equipped kitchen and utility area. Beds are very comfortable with spare pillows if required. Outside space is well kept and very private. The location is perfect for being central to everything but just far enough away for peace and tranquillity. The owner is super friendly and very responsive and so too were the property management team. We’d definitely stay again and recommended to friends and family.

We hardly ever left the villa

The pictures don't really do it justice. It's an amazing villa with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were staying with our sons, 8 and 11 and they absolutely loved the pool and then being able to sit inside out of the heat in the midday and play some games. The space worked perfectly for us to the extent that we barely ever left. My kids hate beaches and being dragged around towns, so was perfect.

We spent a fantastic week at this villa in August 25. It is beautifully decorated and appointed and we loved it so much we barely left! Having a private pool that’s so well tucked away in a perfect sun trap was the best for the kids who spent nearly the whole week in there! The indoor and outdoor kitchen were a dream for me as a keen cook. The interior is very stylish and works well for a family. Location wise we were made up as it feels quite exclusive and not like some of the over touristy parts of the algarve. Can’t praise Laurence the property manager enough, always responsive and check in was a breeze. Local management team were lovely but not the fastest to respond. This was our first time using VRBO and this villa was a dream!

A nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We spent 1 week in this lovely house. Ideal for a family with 2 children. The house is modern and has everything that's needed. The A/Cs worked very well. The only downside was that the swimming pool does not have an area for small children who cannot swim yet. Also, the team managing the house was very nice, responsive and helpful. We would come back any time.

Wonderful stay at Casa Luza

Casa Luza is a perfect place to relax, unwind and explore Algarve from. We really enjoyed all spaces within the property - pool, outside sitting area, outdoor dining and cooking space. It has enough shade on a hot day. Interior is equally beautiful with tasteful furniture and decorations and everything you need to feel at home. Villa is located within short proximity to many lovely beaches and towns. Laurence and her property manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your home with us. A little piece of paradise!

This was our second time staying at Casa Luza, and I can't say enough once again about the property and location. It is a property that checks all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linens, and all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The yard has sunshine or shade seating for all times of the day. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed reading on the lounge chairs by the pool. Laurence and the property manager are extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Beautiful Villa

The property is a modern villa in a secluded avenue about 2 miles from the town of Carvoieiro. it is beatifully furnished with a very airy feeling. The garden has lots of places to sit and the smallish swimming pool is away from the villa down some shallow steps. The pool probably isnt ideal for small children though. The hosts provide very little in the way of basics on arrival, so be prepared to buy things like washing up liquid, cooking oil and toilet paper etc etc. there is a very good supermarket about 1 mile away. A car is essential here for getting about.

Merveilleux séjour à la Casa Luza

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans votre merveilleuse villa. Tout est fait pour passĂ© des journĂ©es formidables dans un confort exceptionnel oĂč il ne manque rien. Vous avez pensĂ© Ă  tous les dĂ©tails pour accueillir vos hĂŽtes autant dans la dĂ©coration raffinĂ©e que dans les espaces de vie intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur. HabituĂ©s Ă  venir sĂ©journer Ă  l’algarve depuis des annĂ©es nous avons adorĂ© sĂ©journer dans votre havre de paix. Votre villa est juste une bulle d’apaisement et de tranquillitĂ© qui nous a permis de passer deux semaines en famille avec nos deux enfants (7 et 10 ans) pleine de complicitĂ©, d’amusement et de nouvelle dĂ©couvertes de la rĂ©gion de l’algarve. Au cƓur de l’Algarve !

Nous avons passĂ© d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison de standing trĂšs bien situĂ©e. L’environnement est calme tout en Ă©tant Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces et des plages. La maison est parfaite trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. On s’y sent trĂšs bien. On a aussi beaucoup profitĂ© du coin piscine.
