Very nice and fully air-conditioned apartment located in the pretty residence Tavira Garden (swimming pools, tennis, restaurant and cafe on site, barbecue area, petanque field, reception for organizing your excursions).

Bathed in sunshine in the morning side lounge and afternoon dining room side.
2 bedrooms: first bedroom with double bed and wardrobe - second bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe.

Excellent séjour à Tavira Garden. L'appartement est au dernier étage sans ascenseur, bien situé dans la résidence à proximité de la petite piscine et à quelques dizaines de mÚtres de la plus grande. Chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangement, cuisine bien équipée avec assez de vaisselle. Le balcon est spacieux également et le logement au calme. On peut se rendre au centre de Tavira, bien animée au mois d'août, à pied et plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent aux alentours. Victoryia a toujours été réactive et nous a bien informés.

We had a great time at this spot. The location is a bit out of town so you would best have a car, but having pools and a little restaurant on site was sweet. The apartment was good but an underlying cigarette smell wouldn’t go away, despite the heavy perfume that was used to mask it. The beds weren’t very comfortable, so that’s the only reason I wouldn’t rate it higher. Overall a great spot; spacious and comfortable.

Arrived at agreed time and was net by Victoryia. She was very professional and answered all our questions. The apartment was larger than we expected and very spacious. Week stocked in the kitchen and lots of towels both bath and pool towels. The small swimming pool two minutes fro our apartments was lovely and quiet and clean. We asked for a more powerful hairdryer and it was delivered the same day. One small problem the double bed was extremely hard, which was ok but it had a cheer protector over it which was hard plastic, so a bit uncomfortably. Apart from that would thoroughly recommend. A bit outside of the centre but a good free bus into town outside of the complex. Happy customers A and W

Reservamos o Apartamento para férias em família (2 adultos e 2 crianças), A localização do condomínio é ótima, junto a a acessos que nos permitem deslocar com facilidade para qualquer destino local. Apartamento muito bom, boa limpeza, åreas generosas, bem equipado, muito agradåvel e sossegado. Os espaços exteriores onde se incluem 2 zonas de piscinas são bastante agradåveis e rodeados de espaços ajardinados muito bonitos. A proprietåria e sua colaboradora sempre foram muito preståveis e atenciosas. A repetir.

Wir haben insgesamt 25 Tage im Tavira Garden verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hervorzuheben ist: Sehr sauberes und gerĂ€umiges Appartement in ruhiger Lage. Die Klimaanlagen sind top (ein kleineres Problem, wurde umgehend behoben. Vielen Dank an Vicktoryia. Der kleinere Swimmingpool, direkt vor dem Appartement, ist wunderschön und eine Oase der Ruhe (vorausgesetzt es finden keine Gartenarbeiten statt). Weniger gefallen hat uns, dass das Tavira Garden Restaurant wĂ€hrend der ersten Woche nicht geöffnet hatte, das der kleine Balkon des Appartements mit alten und unbequemen StĂŒhlen ausgerĂŒstet ist und der Sonnenschirm total ausgefledert (gehört auf den MĂŒll). Die riesengrosse Dachterasse war zwar zugĂ€nglich, aber weder mit brauchbaren LiegestĂŒhlen noch Sonnenschirmen ausgerĂŒstet, kein Platz wo man sich aufhalten will. Die Anlage ist zwar wunderschön, jedoch nicht vorteilhaft gelegen, sofern man zu Fuss unterwegs ist. Der Weg zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt (5 Minuten) fĂŒhrt entlang einer stark befahren Hauptstrasse, das gleiche gilt fĂŒr den ersten Teil des Weges ins Zentrum (25 Minuten). Besonders in der Nacht ist zu empfehlen ein Taxi zu benĂŒtzen.

Tavira is a gem

Nice apartment. Clean and comfortable, nice private deck with morning sun as well as access to 2 rooftop decks with sun all day. The complex has several pools which are accessible and not crowded. It is located a short stroll (15 mins) from the downtown riverside centre. With the exception of the first 400 metres (along a busy arterial road) the walk is quite pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again. Tavira is a gem and this is a great location to experience it from.

Foi agradĂĄvel. A casa estava limpa e pronta para nos receber com alguns miminhos. Nota se o cuidado para com os hĂłspedes. Para mim o Ășnico ponto negativo Ă© que nĂŁo se pode estar na piscina ao fim da tarde porque somos completamente atacados por mosquitos e ficamos todos picados.

Toller Urlaub in perfektem Quartier

Wir waren Ende Juli / Anfang August 2022 fĂŒr 3 Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Waschmaschine und GeschirrspĂŒler verbessern den Urlaubseffekt doch erheblich, wenn man mit 2 Kindern unterwegs ist. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hĂŒbsch dekoriert, man fĂŒhlt sich gleich rundum wohl. Der Balkon hat Morgensonne, so dass man nachmittags/abends nach dem Strand dort gemĂŒtlich im Schatten chillen kann. Das geht natĂŒrlich auch mit mehr Platz unter dem Sonnenschirm auf der Dachterrasse. Die Kinder schickt man derweil am besten zu einem der Pools der Anlage ;-) Wer zu wenig zu lesen eingepackt hat, findet diverse BĂŒcher in englischer, französischer oder deutscher Sprache in der Ferienwohnung. Einige Spielsachen fĂŒr Strand/Pool sind auch vorhanden. In den ersten Tagen Ende Juli hatten wir tagsĂŒber ĂŒber 40 Grad und auch nachts noch nahe 30 Grad, da waren wir wirklich froh ĂŒber die in jedem Zimmer vorhandene Klimaanlage. Nachts ist es in der Anlage sehr ruhig, von der nahen Schnellstraße hört man nichts. Mietwagen ist - gerade mit Kindern - allerdings Pflicht, sonst ist der Weg zur StrandfĂ€hre mit GepĂ€ck und teilweise ohne BĂŒrgersteig doch etwas weit. Zudem hat man dann die Auswahl zwischen verschiedenen StrĂ€nden, die innerhalb einer Viertelstunde erreichbar sind und kann auch im Inland so einiges entdecken. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Linda Rodrigues und zur Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett, vielen Dank fĂŒr Alles! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen!

Excelente semana de férias

Excelente casa para um aprazível período de férias. De destacar a simpatia e disponibilidade de proprietåria, que começa desde a reserva, continua com na chegada ao apartamento com um simpåtico pack de boas vindas (vinho e um magnífico queijo) e ao longo da estada na casa. Estå totalmente equipada para permitir um período de férias descansado e com todas as comodidades. Encontra-se num complexo muito calmo, com duas zonas de piscina muito simpåticas. Somente podemos agradecer a excelente estada em Tavira à Sra Linda Rodrigues e recomendar a sua propriedade, bem como a sua disponibilidade e simpatia. Muito obrigado

A casa estava muito limpa e tinha todas as condiçÔes descritas. A D. Linda é muito simpåtica e preståvel, bem como a Viktoryia. CondiçÔes muito boas da casa, excelente para um casal com 2 miudos. Tem tudo, nĂŁo nos faltou nada, bem localizado, tanto podemos ir para as praias em Tavira, como para Cacela ou Manta RĂŽta; tranquilo, nĂŁo hĂĄ barulho no condomĂ­nio, as piscinas sĂŁo inclusive muito boas, a que temos mais perto da entrada do prĂ©dio Ă© mais pequena mas igualmente boa, nĂŁo havia muita confusĂŁo, o q tambĂ©m Ă© bom. Os quartos confortĂĄveis e a sala tambĂ©m e muito airosamente mobilado como apartamento de praia. SĂł temos a agradecer Ă  anfitriĂŁ, D. Linda Rodrigues toda a amabilidade! Recebeu-nos tĂŁo bem e com uns miminhos maravilhosos! Muito muito obrigado! GostĂĄmos muito e com vontade de repetir. Nice spacious 2 room apartment

This apartment is set in a lovely complex with 3 pools and well maintained gardens. The rooms are air-conditioned and comfortable and the cooking facilities are good. This apartment is also well away from the main road so was very quiet. It was the perfect place to explore the local area. There is a small supermarket in walking distance but I would recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay. Taxis are cheap though for getting in and out of town in the evening if you want a drink. Tavira is a fantastic town with a lovely vibe and many good bars and restaurants. There are also lots of beautiful clean, sandy beaches to go to. Many require a small boat ride to get to them but that's part of the fun. We flew into Seville and hired a car from there - an altogether more pleasant experience than Faro Airport especially getting the hire car (just need to remember the hour time difference).

A delightful and well-equipped apartment on a well maintained complex on the outskirts of Tavira

Tavira is a delightful riverside town packed with historic buildings and quaint streets and squares. There is a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets (and even the best are quite inexpensive).There is direct access from the town to the beaches of Tavira Island by a frequent ferry (and water taxis) and also from the nearby Santa Lutzia and Pedro del Rei to other less developed beaches. The river crossing to Spain is only 20k away.Tavira Gardens is a leafy well-maintained complex on the outskirts (about 20 minutes on foot) with several pools, a gym, tennis court and cafe/bar. There is a very adequate small supermarket about five minutes walk down the road and a huge mall with hypermarket a little bit further. The apartment is light and airy and well-equipped. It has a balcony with a good outlook,which gets the sun until lunchtime and an additional roof terrace, which gets the sun all day. As there is just one bathroom/toilet the apartment is probably most suitable for a couple or a family with one or two small children.Our stay was really very good. The weather in the first half of September was perfect and over the period of two weeks we mixed visits to the beaches, exploring the town and lounging by the pools.

Lovely Apartment

Nice Aprtment in Tavira Gardens, which is a splendid complex with two lovely pools. Tavira Gardens is a 15 minute walk to the Beautiful Tarvira Old Town, which has many nice restaurants and bars.
