Villa Areias II is located within the countryside of Estoi, nestled within the idyllic surroundings a perfect place for you to relax in the privacy of its own grounds. Villa Areias I and II are both 3 bedroom houses that share a swimming pool and can be rented individually or together for larger families or groups. The estate is accessed via a small rural track though pretty wrought iron gates leading into the grounds and parking area. Whilst villas are close to each other, they are built on different levels they offer much privacy. Each house enjoys a charming rustic feel, yet both are modern in design and furnishings and include several home comforts such as electric shutters, under floor heating, Cable/Plasma TV in the lounge and bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet and Air-conditioning.



The Space:

Villa Areias II is located on a lower level from the main house and near to the swimming pool. The villa has its traditional handmade features. The double front door leads you into the entrance hall with a decorative central glass covered garden with open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a spacious lounge and from here you have lovely views over the countryside. The bedrooms are located off the hallway. The first suite is a double with walk in shower and bath, the second is a twin with a large walk in shower and the third is a twin with shower room. All bedrooms have south facing terrace doors.



Outside awaits the inviting swimming pool with waterdrop effect, there is a built-in barbecue perfect for Alfresco dining, a beautiful landscape garden with pretty gravel designs, a decorative pond that is fully irrigated, scattered throughout the extensive grounds are many different plants and fruit trees least not forgetting those amazing countryside views. Villa Areias I is the perfect place to unwind and relax.



Villa Areias I and II are ideal for those seeking a relaxing retreat in wonderful surroundings yet not too far from a neighbouring village and towns. Villa Areias I and II has the opportunity to book as a larger group of 16.



The Neighborhood:

The village of Estoi is only 2Kms and has shops, a bank and a few bars and restaurants, most of these are located around the towns main square and during the evening you will find good food and great atmosphere. There are historical places of interest to visit here, including the famous roman ruins and the Palace of Estoi which dates back to the 19th Century.

Please note, there is a security deposit payable before travel of £500. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).



Please note, Underfloor heating is available at an additional cost of £200 a week.



Please note, this villa sleeps 6 but up to two can be added in the villa at £175 per week.
