FOR DATES BETWEEN 24 July 2026 and 29 August 2026 - PLEASE ENQUIRE/BOOK ON THE BASIS OF 2 ADULTS ONLY, AND THEN THE CORRECT RENTAL PRICE WILL DISPLAY - for all other periods please book on the basis of the actual number of guests - please see below for an explanation of our pricing policy - if you would like to have additional guests to stay for only part of your booking, please contact us

Outside of the main summer holiday period (late July - late August) we charge a lower base price for rental of the Villa for two people, and then add a per person per night charge for each guest in addition to two.  This is so that we can offer the Villa for smaller parties and couples at a reasonable rate, and you know you are not paying for extra beds and rooms that you are not using.  In the peak Summer season the Villa is charged at one rate only regardless of the number of people in your travelling party. The extra guest fee payable applies also to children using beds, but not for a baby/toddler using a cot - they are always free of charge - so if booking outside of the main summer season (dates above) please book for the number of adults and the number of children using a bed, but do not include a baby/toddler who will require a cot - please just advise us of the need for a cot/high chair per child.

Stunning spacious Villa with 4 en-suite bedrooms. Located in a plot of 3100 m2 of garden with automatic irrigation and a large 12m x 6m pool, and beautifully manicured mature planting with weekly maintenance. *Pool heating available for 26€ per day to cover electricity cost to heat (pool 12m x 6m and up to 3m deep)

The property has 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, 1 separate WC, a spacious living room with fireplace, a bright lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi access is unlimited and included. Air conditioning inclusive in all bedrooms.

Ideally located for exploring the Algarve's many delights, towns, villages and waterparks. Only 15 minutes drive to Krazy World and the Aqualand water park. 15 minute drive to either the shopping centre at Guia or the shops in Silves.

Villa with everything you need

Spacious villa with well equipped kitchen and good sized pool. All rooms ensuite which was great for our guests. Clean and well presented with lovely mature gardens and open views. Aircon was working well in bedrooms for hot nights. We had lovely relaxed stay. Owner was very helpful and dealt with all our requests promptly. Great stay overall. Some rooms, furnature and bathrooms were a little dated/tired looking but it didn't detract from a super holiday mainly outdoors anyway.

A beautiful stay

We were very impressed by the property and had a lovely week exploring the Algarve. It is particularly well located near to lots of activities suitable for toddlers, including beautiful beaches and the lovely town of Silves. Such an amazing property

Beautiful, relaxing villa, with a fantastic pool, set in a secluded location overlooking orange groves. Spacious and well equipped. 10mins from Silves where you can get supplies and 20mins to the coast. Great communications from the owners and generous welcome package for our arrival. Would highly recommend for couples or groups.

Fabulous large Villa with a wonderful pool

Villa Quina was exactly what we needed. It’s a large spacious villa that gave a family of 6 plenty of room. The pool is to die for and has a lovely outlook over the orange tree plantation across the road. We decided against getting a car as we planned to be mainly in the pool. However Uber was super easy and cheap to get to Silves, Armacao and Ferrugido for dolphin watching, meals and the beach. At the time we used Glovo to get our shopping delivered from continente. However uber eats even though It listed various takeaways could never deliver anything. Had a wonderful family holiday and definitely would go back!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Quina! It was spacious, very clean and beautiful, very suitable for both small and larger groups. It is extremely private and situated centrally for exploring the Algarve. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and there are numerous seating areas to enjoy the views. The villa faces south, overlooking an expansive orange grove. The pool is inviting and probably the best we have ever experienced. It measures approximately 45’ x 24’ and is between 3’ and 7’ deep, a very spacious pool for swimming. The pool deck is nice, with plenty of seating and umbrellas available. We spent a lot of time in the pool! There is also a covered area outside with seating for both eating and enjoyment, along with an outdoor grill for cooking. The house is well outfitted and the bedrooms upstairs are air conditioned so sleeping was very comfortable. Communication with our hosts, Alex and Richard, before, during and afterwards was excellent. In fact, this was our first experience in a rental property where we were treated to a mid stay cleaning, nice touch. The owners clearly take pride in their property. You will need a car when staying at this property but that shouldn’t be a surprise. There are several towns within 10 - 30 minutes drive from the villa, making it easy to explore the Algarve. Highly recommend!

Excellent property

We were a group of 4 golfers. The villa was situated in a very quiet area away from busy urban area but was conveniently close to good courses. Also known nly a shortish taxi ride to Silves for a night out. The property was in great nick with excellent facilities. We particularly liked the covered BBQ area. Highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful days at Quina

We spent three wonderful days, and wished were more. The villa is located a bit "far from the madding crowd", and was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The pool was our escape from the torrid air (about 38 Celsius degrees) as we could not swimm in the cold, cold, very cold ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the property photos reflect 100% the reality. The garden was also well groomed.

What an Experience

Villa Quina - what an experience for our first trip to Faro. Incredible location and facilities and top of that an incredible host. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the pool was incredible with right temperature to enjoy the start of summer, as it felt like. Lot to do around the location from tending to golf. Would look to stay there again soon.

Magnifique villa de vacances

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la villa Quina! On s'y sent comme à la maison! À notre arrivée, la maison était parfaitement propre, il ne manquait de rien. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons pu profiter de la cuisine pour se faire à manger puisqu'elle est très bien fournie. Le terrain est grand et très privé, on voit très peu les voisins. Malheureusement, il faisait trop froid durant notre séjour pour utiliser la piscine. Il faut définitivement une voiture pour s'y rendre et visiter les alentours puisqu'il n'y a pas grand chose à moins de 15 minutes de route. On a beaucoup apprécié, merci beaucoup à Alex pour l'accueil!

Villa Quina 5*

Our family spent July 23 to 30 at Villa Quina. A perfect home from home in the Algarve - clean, tidy, spacious and lots of space for the children to run around outside. The pool was amazing with pool games and inflatables the kids to enjoy. Outside dining areas are spacious with a great barbecue that we used on two nights. Conveniently located near the town of Silves. Great cafes and restaurants an be found here. The walk up to the castle is a must for the views. Beaches nearby are amazing, with lots of choice. If you want to go further afield, you will need a car. Lots to enjoy if you don't mind driving (never any longer than 45 mins). Can't fault our stay, would love to return soon. Villa Quina in July

We (2 families) visited Villa Quina in July and had a wonderful week. The villa and grounds were absolutely spotless and in very good condition. The kitchen was particularly well stocked which was very useful when cooking for 9. We enjoyed lots of barbecues in the beautiful covered area. All the rooms have their own bathroom which wasn't exactly necessary for us but brilliant for couples sharing. Communication from the owner was very good. We hope to return in future!

Fabulous Villa with amazing views and private pool

Really loved the Villa with its amazing views, private drive way and private pool. Great location to explore the Algarve whether it is to the coast on the South or the mountains in the North. The Villa is fabulous place to chill out with family. Really nice outside eating area and grounds. Rosie the cat was delightful company and her friend leggy was a character, entertaining! Amongst one of the best places we have ever stayed.

We really enjoyed our week in Villa Quina. The house was immaculate on arrival and is very well maintained and equipped. We had mixed weather during our week in April but the house made it possible to enjoy our stay whether the sun was shining or the rain was falling. Communication before, after and during our stay was very good and we felt well looked after. We are already planning our next trip in the future.
