My place is close to the beach. You’ll love my place because of the light, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

This top floor(3rd Floor) two bedroom apartment is openplan, modern and light. The lounge area has patio doors to a small balcony overlooking the beach and square and has a dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which share the use of a bathroom with large walk in shower. Just steps from the apartment takes you to Carvoeiro beach and the square which has live music throughout the summer months. All shops, restaurants and bars are on your doorstep.



Carvoeiro is a great area with beaches, excellent restaurants and very friendly people!



There are many options! There is a hop on hop off bus that goes along the coast to the various beaches in the area. There are taxis, buses etc.

Location was excellent. Property manager responded to questions and issues quickly. It was very inconvenient not to have a dryer in the apartment especially given such rainy weather . Apartment should have heat turned on for our arrival given cool winter february. A few more supplies provided by property management like coffee pods, some soap and shampoo and ensuring inventory of provided supplies was actually on hand upon arrival.

Superb location. Stunning views. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything that you could need. The apartment is on the third floor so there are three flights of stairs to walk up when you come back from the beach which can be tough. Having said that to enjoy the views you have to pay the price.

Fantastic Location and Apartment

We’ve just stayed for 10 days in Feb. Weather has been great and right on the beach with amazing views. Apartment is so nice and comfortable, comfy beds, great shower, loads of hot water, cool in the day and cozy at night. Balcony is amazing catching the sun all afternoon and evening. Access to loads of great restaurants and bars. Fabulous tapas restaurant on the ground floor so you don’t even need to leave the building to eat!!! Will definitely be back. Kitchen is well equipped and had most of what you need with coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine. Elite Rentals were great to deal with! One thing would be to have some better sharp kitchen knives but that’s a small thing.

Excellent location and stunning ocean views

This property has incredible views of Carvoeiro Beach and the ocean with a nice balcony. The beach is just steps away from front entrance. It was clean and comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are in close proximity. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but we have no problem with stairs. Parking is just up the hill.

Check in was a challenge, the directions given could have been clearer and better identification of the unit would have been helpful. Incredibly Helpful Staff!

The location of the property was truly ideal. We had two windows and a deck directly overlooking the beach and the beautiful cliffs on each end of the beach. We could walk down the steps and right out on to the beach, or we could take a walk on the boardwalk close by that was up on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. But the helpfulness of the Elite Staff was even better than the view. They were willing and able to help us with every question and challenge and they did so quickly and happily! An amazing vacation in Carvieoro. Thank you, Elite Rental!

Ideale Unterkunft fĂŒr Personen, die abends gerne Unterhaltung haben . Nur ein paar Meter zum Strand!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gerĂ€umig. Moderne Ausstattung mit allem , was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Strand und aufs Meer war wundervoll! Die Lokale und GeschĂ€fte befinden sich gleich unterhalb. Da auf dem öffentlichen Platz unterhalb der Wohnung jeden Tag bis Mitternacht LiveMusik gespielt wurde (war durchaus schöne Musik-aber etwas laut) waren 4 Tage Aufenthalt fĂŒr uns ok ! Aber fĂŒr Leute, die abends gerne Unterhaltung mögen , ist diese Unterkunft optimal . Man geht nur ein paar Minuten und man ist auf einen der schönsten Klippen der Algarve . sehr zentral !! ein paar Kilometer zum Praia Marinha

Perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday

We have stayed in Carveiro many times before in villas, but this time wanted an apartment right on the beach which this matched perfectly. Rooms are very clean, bathroom well equipped, kitchen needs a little work as cupboards are broken and need some repair. Balcony and views are amazing, sun all day and right into late evening. When entertainment is shown on the bandstand, you have first class seats so a perfect position all round. Only two comments, it's up 3 flights of stairs so not for elderly people or pushchairs etc as there is no lift. Also, we know Carveiro well and any comment to say "plenty of parking" is not completely fair, as we would have to drive around and around to find a space, sometimes a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Definitely would book again and highly recommend, communication and booking experience was excellent, thanks for a great apartment.
