Treat yourself to extra space & stay in our 5 bedroom apartment on Condado de Alhama Resort with huge terrace (165 sqm internal + 85 sqm terrace), mountain views, 24hr security, infinity swimming pools, golf course + beaches nearby and new airport 25 mins. 20+ great or excellent reviews on TripAdvisor.

This was originally 2 adjoining apartments (a 3 bed and a 2 bed both built in 2009) until 2013 when they were converted into 1 apartment. A plan of the layout, all on one level, is in the photo gallery. Both apartments have kept their kitchens so it is like having a self-contained extension. Ideal for a large family (or 2 families) on holiday together or a group of 6 to 8 golfers looking for comfortable living whilst playing many of the excellent courses in the area (help can be provided with golf).

There is 1 superking sized bed, 1 double bed, 6 single beds plus 1 fold-up camp bed and 1 travel cot.. There are 2 bathrooms with one of them having a very large shower and the other a bath.

Outside on the terrace, in addition to the 8 seater patio dining table and chairs you can see on the terrace in the main photo, we have 6 loungers, a recliner chair plus other chairs and small tables and a charcoal BBQ. There is a retractable awning plus other cover as well as the tree on one side as per the photo.

La Isla of Condado de Alhama Golf Resort was constructed in 2009 and is located on an exclusive island (La Isla) with its own 24 hour security over the moat entrance. Enjoy long lazy meals on the extended expansive terrace (22 paces on one side and 15 paces the other side) with views over the lake and towards the Carrascoy mountain. Condado is very much an international resort with many owners from Norway, Denmark and Spain as well as Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland.

Free access to large infinity swimming pools (with child sections), activity & child play areas on the island. Short 5 min walk to the resort supermarket, bars, restaurants & beauty/spa treatment. Pay and play golf and sports facilities on the resort. Short drive to fabulous child-friendly beaches and numerous sea-side restaurants at Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo. 25 minutes from the new Murcia Corvera Airport (RMU) opened Jan 2019 where Airport Bus operate a prebooked bus service to and from Condado from May 2025.

The internet is 100 mbs wifi, 2 LCD TVs (with UK & Euro Freeview channels plus 2 hard drive recorders with over 100 recorded films), blu-ray DVD player with surround sound (& plenty of blu-ray DVDs) and top of the range aircon (in all bedrooms and both living rooms). Water filters in main kitchen so no need to buy bottled water. There is a lift to our 2nd floor apartment.

The resort's golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus with extensive practice facilities. There are 4 sets of golf clubs (right handed) available for free use by guests.

We have lived as a family in Murcia for many months so know the area very well and provide a detailed 30 page information pack (including lots of restaurant and beach suggestions) to guests.

Absolutely first class accommodation, great situation not far from the golf course and walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Great air-con in every room and kitchens were spotless. We will definitely be staying again next year, highly recommended for a family stay.

Fabulous large appointment, good for two families or for a bit extra space. Owner was very helpful.

Best apartment we have stayed on Condado development. Would recommend. Very useful to have use of beach towels and other bits in apartment. Good BBQ. If there were a few more cleaning supplies we would have been able to keep it cleaner during the duration of our stay. Pool was relaxing and had a great view. Outdoor spaces were kept very clean too. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed in the apartment for a month and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, functional, and located in a quiet area – perfect for relaxation. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and kitchen essentials.The host was available and helpful throughout the entire stay, which we truly appreciated. One small suggestion for improvement would be to invest in a vacuum cleaner – it would make it easier to keep the place clean during a longer stay.Overall, we were very happy and can warmly recommend this accommodation to others planning a longer visit.

Awesome property!!!

Stayed at this property with 7 other lads for a golf weekend. I have to say, it surpassed my expectations. It was spacious, clean and everything we needed. The living spaces were great. Kitchen was brilliant, with everything you could need. Huge sun terrace overlooking the water. Many little touches have been thought of in this property to make the stay more comfortable. Very impressed, and would love to stay again. Thank you.

Appartement génial nous étions deux familles et chacun avait son espace. La terrasse qui domine le lac et les montages est magnifique. Logement tout équipé, propre et adapté aux enfants, la piscine vient couronner le tout. Merci beaucoup à Chris pour sa gentillesse et sa rapidité à répondre à nos demandes. Le petit bémol c’est qu’il faut prendre la voiture pour tous déplacements, courses, restaurants…. mais ce n’est qu’un détail puisque l’autoroute est toute proche et permet de se rendre rapidement aux alentours. Je recommande vivement👍

En general el apartamento está muy bien, al haber como dos zonas, en una estaban los/as adolescentes y en la otra los adultos. La terraza hacia calor para poder disfrutarla del todo, es bastante grande. Hay dos piscinas cercanas y la zona de ocio (bares y super) se puede ir andando. A 35 min de AquaNatura y centros comerciales grandes. El propietario muy atento y de respuesta rápida. En ocasiones venía un poco de olor del lago pero no siempre.

Todo excelente, solo que la limpieza de los pisos del complejo completo es su área de oportunidad, están polvosos. Por las tardes el viento trae aroma a fertilizante de los sembrados adjuntos, por lo demás ha sido una estancia excelente.

Quitando que la casa cuando llegamos no estaba muy limpia, todo lo demás ha sido sencillamente perfecto. La comunicación con el propietario perfecta desde el minuto uno; se preocupó por el tema de la limpieza incluso antes de nuestra llegada y nos volvio a enviar a la empresa de limpieza al día siguiente. Great golf break

As advertised, very clean, and "user friendly" for our group of 5. Although I never actually met Chris the owner (mainly due to a delay with our flight) he was always helpful and informative. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful host, really went above and beyond. Condo was clean and quite adequately set up. Beds were very comfortable. It was a bit remote but lots to see nearby. The restaurants and market in the complex were excellent and the staff most accommodating. The golf course itself was less impressive. Not well maintained and close to 100 euros per round with cart, sleeve of balls and package of tees. The clubs were provided by our host. Not much activity for kids at that time of year and almost zero Christmas celebrations. Very relaxing, quiet and safe retreat.

this is a great apartment, having 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges & an enormous balcony. Perfect for large groups, having that extra space. Owner Chris is great, keeps in contact at all times throughout the booking process, makes all the necessary arrangments in regards notifying security for access to the resort. will always book this apartment for our yearly trip if available. we love it. having everything you might need is great, cool bags, boxes, sports equipment, beach towels, hairdyers, and air con in every room makes a difference.

Amazing appartment

Seven of us stayed here, for a golfing trip, couldn't have asked for a better appartment. 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, loads of space. Massive balcony with great views, great for BBQ's etc Stayed in lots of different apartments over the years on condado but this the best by miles. Eliza the owner was great as well, very accommodating, made us feel very welcome.
