Casa La Higuera has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, ideal for families or small groups. The living room has air conditioning for your greater comfort and free wifi connection so that you are always connected.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary: cutlery, crockery, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, fryer, oven and microwave, as well as a washing machine for longer stays. The property has an interior bathroom with a shower and an exterior bathroom that accompanies the swimming pool, facilitating use during pool days.



The house is located on a large private and fenced plot, surrounded by trees that offer privacy and shade. It features a spacious covered terrace with a barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, located on a higher level for greater safety, especially designed for children. Málaga Airport (AGP) is just 13 km away, facilitating your arrival. Additionally, you can enjoy water parks and leisure parks such as Aqualand Torremolinos (15 km), Tivoli World and Selwo Marina (23 km), as well as Torremolinos beaches at 20 km.
