This cosy accommodation of 65 m² has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, ideal for families wishing to combine relaxation and adventure. Located in a rural and safe area for children, the villa offers spacious exteriors with a private pool (unfenced), sun loungers, umbrellas and a perfect orientation to enjoy the sun all day long. 🌴☀️ The pool, situated on high ground, requires supervision for the little ones, ensuring calm and safe moments for everyone.



Next to the pool, a garden with a lush ornamental tree and outdoor furniture creates an intimate and relaxing space. Additionally, you will be able to enjoy a spacious barbecue area, ping-pong table, and a comfortable porch from where you can watch the children while they have fun running. 🎉🔥



Inside, the villa offers a spacious living-dining room with a television and a sofa bed, perfect for resting or accommodating two more people. Perfect Holiday Villa

Just got back home from a wonderful stay at Finca Los Acebuches. The villa was well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean and tidy. The pool was amazing and the perfect depth and size for our children (aged 9 and 11) to swim in it comfortably. The location is perfect - close enough to towns but rural enough to be peaceful and quiet. Alejandro and Maria were wonderful hosts (thank you). Would highly recommend this villa and look forward to staying there again one day.

Just got back home from a wonderful stay at Finca Los Acebuches. The villa was well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean and tidy. We had a lovely stay, the house is very clean and the outside area is beautiful. The pool is very large and warm! Which was great for our children as they could swim all day without getting cold!There are lots of shaded seating areas that were very useful as the garden has sun all day long. The owners/manager were very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us lots of tips regarding the local area. The location is perfect for shopping, day trips and distance to Malaga. Excellent for families.

If I could rate more than 5 Stars, I would give it a ten

Everything ! The house, the location, all was as described. We loved it ! Been the 5th time in that area in different locations, but this one was the best of all. More than excellent value for the money. The pool was one of the biggest we ever had and we loved it. I highly recommend this house and I think, we will come back, when deciding to visit that area again. Nothing, all was 100% !

What a beautiful and cozy place

What a beautiful and cozy place. If you enjoy quiet and peaceful surroundings where you can relax on the terracesplash around in the large pool, this is the perfect spot. We enjoyed all seven days here and are sure we will come back to visit the area again. There is plenty of space and numerous opportunities to enjoy the lovely Spanish weather. The area has both sunny spots, shady areas, and a large covered terrace. You will immediately fall in love with this place.Our warmest recommendations. :-) :-)

Nice Finca

Lovely views, very clean. The finca could be better equipped particularly in the kitchen. Master bedroom would benefit from having a king size bed - the room is large and spacious and would easily fit. On the whole it is a nice Finca with overly outside space and pool area.

House is great, good base for travelling out and exploring the area. The owners were also lovely, helpful and communication with them was brilliant. Only issue was with the payment process with the Cubo, the management company, every payment (3) required interaction with them as the system didn’t work, it was quite stressful, especially with the final payment being due the day before travel. The team were helpful but it was unnecessary, never had it with any other company. Something for them to improve, don’t let it dissuade you from visiting the villa, we had a fabulous stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et paisible dans ce bel environnement ! Le lieu est comme décrit sur le site . C’est un endroit apaisant et entouré de nature. Nos hôtes ont très réactifs à nos demandes. Ils ont été aux petits soins durant l’ensemble de notre séjour afin qu’il soit le plus agréable possible. Nous les remercions également pour les attentions particulières et pour leur gentillesse. Ce fut un séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous réitérerons sans aucun problème l’expérience. La localisation que nous avons souhaité en dehors de Malaga , proposait des sites touristiques de qualité à proximité. Nous avons eu de bonnes recommandations de la part de nos hôtes tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement cette jolie maison entretenue et proposant une piscine magnifique. Merci pour l’accueil et ce joli moment passé !

Magnifique maison de vacances

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. La maison était très très propre, bien équipée, au calme tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités. La piscine est très grande. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. nous reviendrons à coup sûr si nous devons revenir en Andalousie.

Tolles Grundstück mitten in den Bergen

Tolles Grundstück mitten in den Bergen. Man hat einen sehr großen Außenbereich. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht so viel, daher ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Gerne wieder.

Our Host was really helpful and reactive and always of help.🙏The surrounding scenery is amazing and really beautiful and peaceful🌍. The sun is visible from sunshine to sunset☀️☀️ which is great. The pool is very big which is great as well 🏊. Location is very private 🤫Challenges we encountered:The family room bed was too small to sleep in (two parents + 1 baby) so we put two single beds together in the other room and had plenty of space.

Hemos pasado una semana 2adultos y 3 niños y la experiencia ha sido maravillosa. La casa está perfectamente equipada, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado que nos ha salvado de este verano tan caluroso. La piscina es alucinante, enorme y muy cuidada así como la zona del jardín.Los anfitriones han sido muy atentos desde el primer momento y la comunicación muy cercana y fácil.La casa está en mitad de la naturaleza a 10 minutos en coche del pueblo de Alhaurin donde hay supermercados y restaurantes. Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable y relajante

Heerlijke rustige vakantie in een schoon en perfect huisje met zwembad

Het zwembad was geweldig!! Schoon, diep en lekker groot! Wij hadden geweldig weer. Alles bevindt zich in het huis wat je nodig hebt.
