This charming country house in Alhaurín el Grande is designed for up to 8 people, ideal for families wishing to have unforgettable holidays in a rural setting with all amenities. Additionally, it has a cosy corner with a gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying lunches, dinners or sunsets with family while admiring the impressive mountain and pool views.



The property is distributed over two floors with a careful and welcoming decoration. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with all the appliances you may need, including fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. The central island in the kitchen is the perfect place to cook while enjoying views to the outside. Also on this floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom — one with bathtub and the other with shower tray — and direct access to the outside, which provides comfort and privacy.



Going up a simple traditional staircase, you access the upper floor where there are two other double bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bathtub and an outdoor terrace to relax and contemplate the surroundings. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump heating, fans, washing machine, dryer and WiFi internet access for a connected and comfortable stay.



The location is unbeatable: just 10 minutes by car from the urban centre of Alhaurín el Grande, combining the tranquillity of the rural environment with proximity to services, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, it is close to golf courses, water parks, beaches and tourist attractions of the Costa del Sol, perfect for day trips. The access road to the accommodation, although paved with some irregularities, is suitable for all types of vehicles if driven with caution.
