Everything is cramped in a limited space : reception area , dinning . Staff polite but not well train in hospitality . Each room has a Nespresso machine but the pods are no name brand poor quality ( you would not expect that from a 5 stars hotel- is a 50 cents difference )

Perfect hotel for location, short stroll from the harbour and beach, ideally positioned for eating out and enjoying the good times in Alicante. Our Junior Suite tastefully planned, and styled were very well kept, modern and functional. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean. And the location is awesome. My only complaint would be that the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that everything was really good.

Nice hotel in lovely area. Would be more appropriate to classify as a 4-Star hotel, rather than 5-Star, given the quality, size, and amenities. Not really luxury, and not reflective of the price. But the staff are lovely, it’s perfectly clean, and it’s in a great location.

Wow! This resort was incredible. Right from the moment we walk in we were asked if we'd like tea, coffee or water. The room was stunning and spacious and had a little balcony. The rooftop patio was beautiful and amazing as well. The view from the rooftop was of the castle also. Everything was fantastic
