I booked a non-handicap room with a king bed and received the complete opposite. We were downgraded to a handicap-accessible room with a queen bed that honestly felt closer to a full. For the price paid, this was unacceptable. There was no proration or adjustment for the downgrade or inconvenience, which should have been offered. The only positive part of the stay was breakfast.
