Bathroom with bathtub . Equipped kitchenette. Private ski locker. Building attached to Sherpa station, very convenient for scheduled and last minute races. Very friendly station

Appartement pas louable

Location pas adaptĂ© Ă  la location vĂ©tuste ,lit cassĂ© plaque de cuisson idem malgrĂ© les commentaires de 6 mois toujours dans le mĂȘme Ă©tat. Location prĂ©vu pour 5 , nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et 2 ado cete limite. Louer Ă  la base pour 3 nuits nous somme rester que 2 nuits Aparte situĂ© au dessus du bar restaurant bruit jusqu’à 2 h du matin. Conclusion pour prĂȘte Ă  des amis oui mais Ă  louer Nn Ă  fuire.

TrÚs bien situé mais vétuste

Les points forts : TrĂšs bien situĂ© : Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des commerces et au pied des pistes. Bien Ă©quipĂ© et propre. Les propriĂ©taires rĂ©pondent rapidement aux messages ainsi que la personne qui gĂšre les clefs sur place. Les points faibles : - Le fait de devoir rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs Ă  2 km de la location mĂȘme si les personnes sont trĂšs sympathiques. - Je ne trouve pas l'appartement prĂȘt pour une location. Pour prĂȘter Ă  la famille et aux amis il est trĂšs bien mais en tant que clients, quand on paie pour y dormir et on a donc une autre attente lĂ©gitime. Pas de place pour ranger des provisions dans la cuisine ni pour ranger ses affaires dans la piĂšce Ă  vivre. Il manque des lattes au lit gigogne et le matelas du lit du dessous est beaucoup trop fin et mou pour pouvoir y dormir. Contrairement Ă  la photo, on a pas pu se servir de la table du balcon qui n'a pas de pieds. Dans l'ensemble les meubles sont assez vĂ©tustes ou rafistolĂ©s Ă  part le canapĂ© pliant qui est trĂšs confortable. Tout ceci n'a pas empĂȘchĂ© que nous ayons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour car l'appartement est agrĂ©able, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de tout. Nous n'avons plus eu besoin de prendre la voiture pendant tout le sĂ©jour.

Le studio a besoin d'un entretien. Matériels endommagés ( bouton plaque de cuisson, bouton radiateur, robinetterie cuisine, chaise, lit gigogne)
