Shared swimming pool, heated between 10 June and 5 September, communal playground, ball field all in a child-friendly area. The inviting apartment has a dishwasher in the kitchen. Furnished terrace with barbecue, located in a cosy corner. Cliffs and beautiful communal areas can be found here in the Madseløkke housing estate, where you can also use a laundry. Neighbouring flats: I56152 and I56153.



There is a cycle path to Sandvig and Allinge, shops, restaurants and beaches for swimming nearby. The apartment on the ground floor is a non-smoking apartment.
