Entretien du logement laissant Ă  dĂ©sirer et ce n’est pas peu dire . RĂ©gion magnifique

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©ablement surpris par le manque d’entretien et de propretĂ© de ce logement. L’arrivĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© compliquĂ©e nous n’avions pas le bon code clĂ©s . ProblĂšmes rĂ©ception TV . Pas de Wifi. Le logement n’est pas propre.portes micro ondes hotte . Pas d’abattant WC . Il est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ© et le plancher ainsi que celui des voisins grincent de partout.pas la moindre Ă©tagĂšre ni petit meuble de salle de bains . Quant Ă  l’accĂšs au local commun aucune clĂ© . Nous avons du dĂ©ranger un autre locataire qui lui avait une clĂ©.Les extĂ©rieurs sont aussi mal entretenus. Heureusement que les randonnĂ©es sont magnifiques. Nous n’y reviendrons certainement pas .

Mon séjour

La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e dans un endroit trĂšs calme, le dĂ©paysement est total ! La maison est un peu vieillotte et mĂ©riterait un rafraichissement mais dans l'ensemble c'Ă©tait correct. Par contre, l'hygiĂšne laissait franchement Ă  dĂ©sirer (lĂ©gumes moisis dans les casseroles par exemple ou encore sol franchement dĂ©gueu : nous avons retrouvĂ© du pipi par terre sous les toilettes) !!! C'est trĂšs regrettable, surtout en ces temps de Covid ! L'aspirateur Ă©tait cassĂ©... Le lave linge est un gros plus mais un Ă©tendage supplĂ©mentaire serait le bienvenu car nous Ă©tions une famille de 3 et c'Ă©tait juste donc je n'imagine pas si nous avions Ă©tĂ© 4. Je regrette le fait qu'il n'y avait personne Ă  qui se rĂ©fĂ©rer en cas de problĂšme fuite d'eau par exemple oĂč nous aurions bien Ă©tĂ© embĂȘter pour faire constater les dĂ©gĂąts et faire intervenir un plombier

Ce que nous avons aimĂ©: -la situation gĂ©ographique et la tranquillitĂ© des lieux -logement spacieux et agrĂ©able Ce qui nous a dĂ©plu: -la propretĂ© trĂšs moyenne de l'ensemble (pas trĂšs sympa de la part des prĂ©cĂ©dents occupants) -l'absence totale d'Ă©quipement pour Ă©tendre le linge Ă  l'extĂ©rieure, surtout qu'Ă  l’intĂ©rieur ça sĂšche trĂšs mal -le matelas du grand lit qui est en fin de vie, a dĂ©conseiller aux personnes qui ont des problĂšmes de dos. Avec mon Ă©pouse nous sommes quitte pour une sĂ©ance d’ostĂ©opathie. -une installation Ă©lectrique qui laisse certains doutes quand a ça conformitĂ©. Surtout un raccordement via un domino non protĂ©gĂ© juste au dessus de l'Ă©vier Ă  20cm du bec de robinet," risque d'Ă©lectrocution majeur". Tous ces points nĂ©gatifs sont fort regrettables et rĂ©vĂšlent un manque certain de vigilance de la part des propriĂ©taires. DOMMAGE !!!!

Espace généreux pour cet appartement bruyant

L'appartement correspondait parfaitement Ă  la description de l'annonce, meublĂ© avec goĂ»t, cuisine agrĂ©able et fonctionnelle. Les conseils indiquĂ©s Ă©taient justes et nĂ©cessaires. Le mĂ©nage est effectuĂ© par chaque occupant, avec le matĂ©riel mis Ă  disposition, il Ă©tait correct Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. La chambre Ă  coucher est situĂ©e juste sous la piĂšce de vie de l'appartement du dessus, malheureusement l'insonorisation est exĂ©crable, d'autant que nous avons sĂ©journĂ© fin dĂ©cembre et qu'une dizaine de braillards imbibĂ©s avait dĂ©cidĂ© de fĂȘter le rĂ©veillon du 31 jusqu'Ă  3h du matin. Nous avons dĂ©mĂ©nagĂ© les couchages dans le salon sans que nos jeunes enfants ne trouvent le sommeil avant la fin de l'orgie. Dommage, c'Ă©tait presque un sans faute que nous aurions pu recommander. Attention donc aux voisins du dessus.

Parfait pour une famille avec trois enfants de 2 de 4 ans et 1 de 8ans Pas de bb à cause des escaliers et jardin pentu Prendre la voiture pour aller au parc de loisir et au super marché SystÚme Abritel facile et rapide le propriétaire nous a bien conseillé avec des instructions claires Je le recommande à mes proches

TrĂšs belle surprise

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour, l'appartement était trÚs bien , spacieux, jolie petite terrasse et vu sur les montagnes depuis la chambre (trÚs agréable au réveil) . L'appartement était propre , bien équipé, il n'y avait plus qu'a poser ses affaires. Je le recommande...Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Ce chalet est vraiment propre, trÚs bien situé par rapport aux pistes et aux commerces. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout est bien à sa place. Je recommande ce chalet et nous y reviendrons, c'est certain.
