THE APARTMENT:
Caparica Beach Apartment byHOST-POINT features a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and built-in wardrobe, a full bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchenette. The air-conditioned living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV has a large window giving access to the balcony where you can enjoy outside dining and the hammock to relax. The space is prepared for a relaxed stay privileging the proximity to the beaches and the city center.

GUEST ACCESS:
The apartment is completely private in its interior amenities of which the guest will have his key.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building with elevator, but with 1 step, making moderate access to chairs.
The free seasonal pool (Jun / Sep) is for the exclusive use of the condo. It is on the top floor of the building with fantastic sea views.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Me and any of the co-hosts will always be available to answer questions, resolve issues, and get along whenever work permits.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Costa de Caparica is a small fishing town known for its more than 20 kilometers of golden sandy beaches (including naturists Belavista, 19 and Meco), Xávega art practice, summer shows and proximity to Lisbon. . It is a very small, very safe city that invites for friendly and relaxing walking and cycling.

MOVE:
In Costa de Caparica we reach everywhere by foot, from a seaside walk, to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and local parks. The bicycle and the small train from the beaches are also options to get to know the whole coastal area. Direct buses to Lisbon take about 1h and by car or taxi it takes 30 minutes to the center of the capital (25km) and also to the airport. There is some free public parking on the street, subject to availability, which is not possible to book and is scarcer in high season.
