Uninhabitable. Alot of Mold in home. Even growing on hangers.

Property was uninhabitable due to mold many places in the home and growing in clumps on the wooden hangers in closet. Home also ranked below average on cleanliness. After explaining to host and sending pictures of The mold in the home it's still took hours to get a refund so we could move forward with our vacation. All in all we were on the phone for 5 hours and finally the parent company verbo stepped in and handled everything in a very fair way. It was frustrating to lose so much time and have the aggravation but at least it was resolved and we were able to find somewhere new and enjoyable. I did try to add photos to this commentary however I was unable due to technicological issues .

Casa cheia de pĂł e vidros sujos e cheias de formigas assim que entramos os panos a cheirar a mofo, casa sem panelas! De resto estava tudo normal!
