Modern and bright villa with garden 20 minutes from Amsterdam on 3 levels. The house has an area of 120 square meters and on the back there is a garden of 60m2.
On the ground floor there is the entrance, a bathroom, the living room overlooking the garden, the kitchen and a large closet.
The living room is large and bright, with an extra large black leather sofa, 55-inch 4k TV, internet connection and a dining table with 8 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, toaster, espresso machine, electric oven, fridge, freezer and all utensils and kitchenware.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom with a Jacuzzi.
On the second floor there is the laundry area and the fourth bedroom in the attic, very bright.
In the garden there are several trees and plants on which different species of birds nest, a small lake with a waterfall where a fish and some frogs live.
The perfect setting for a fabulous stay just minutes from the chaos of Amsterdam!

Kurz von dem Check in wurde uns die Wohnung storniert..

Ich habe zwei Wochen vor der Reise gebucht & direkt alles bezahlt. Autofahrt 9 h/ 7 Leute.. Kurz vor dem Einchecken habe ich den Besitzer kontaktiert, dass wir auf 18-19 Uhr zum einchecken kommen. Nach einer halben Stunde kriege ich eine Nachricht von FeWo dass unser Aufenthalt storniert wurde. Der Besitzer hat sich dazu immer noch nicht geĂ€ußert... Darauf hin durften wir uns selber um eine andere Unterkunft kĂŒmmern... versuchen Sie mal, Abends noch eine geeignete Unterkunft fĂŒr 7 Personen in Amsterdam zu finden. NatĂŒrlich haben wir uns an FeWo direkt gemeldet & gebeten uns die passende Unterkunft zu finden, nach langer Wartezeit konnte angebliche keine Unterkunft gefunden werden und wir sollten uns bitte selber darum kĂŒmmern... Also 1 Stern ist noch zu viel!

Abgewohnt und vernachlÀssigt

Die GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Lage der Wohnung sind gut. 30 Min. mit der Bahn bis Amsterdam, ruhig gelegen mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Lebensmittelmarkt in der NĂ€he. Die Möbel sind komplett abgewohnt, die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, KĂŒche und KĂŒchengerĂ€te lange nicht gereinigt, also nicht nutzbar, klebrige OberflĂ€chen, schmutziger Tisch und StĂŒhle. Kein Wlan, Garten komplett ungepflegt, nicht zum draußen Sitzen einladend. Bad/Toilette sauber, BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher sauber. Wir wĂŒrden diese Wohnung nicht wieder wĂ€hlen.

VERY helpful to international travelers!

Diego made the process of staying in the NL very smooth! Communication was great---in the booking stage, at checkin, and regarding the property during stay. Very comfortable home, great facilities. The little town center just a few block's walk away is indeed very helpful and quite substantial. Transit very close, not difficult at all, even with luggage in tow.

Convenience in Almere

This property was ideal for our family to visit our cousins in Almere. Check in was a breeze with detailed instructions from the owner. Amenities like an espresso maker and washer and dryer set it apart. The location is convenient to the Muziekwijk train and bus to go into Almere Central and Amsterdam, and walking distance to the neighborhood shopping area with a full grocery store, ATM, etc. The home’s indoor stairs are steep, and the bathtub requires a big step to get in; not ideal for small children or anyone with mobility issues but manageable for our group. The bedroom on the third floor did not have blinds on the skylight when we visited, so we weren’t able to use it for sleeping.

Stay for the Almere Triathlon Challenge

We stayed for 6 days at the property and found it as listed in the online description. We found the property extremely convenient to both the Train Station (2 blocks) and the Grocery Store (1 Block) as well as several restaurants.

Very nice family house near Amsterdam

We had between 3 and 5 people staying in this house over a 2 week period, which meant a lot of room for all of us. It was very pleasant, had a full sized, spacious kitchen with a large table for family meals, nice bathrooms, plenty of towels, a washer and dryer, everything we needed. It is very close to the train station, and to the AH grocery store. The backyard was a nice, private garden. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great place to return to in the evening after a busy day. Would stay here again.

Cozy house

For a group of 5 people we were looking for a cozy place - we found the perfect one with this house. The self-checkin went smooth, Diegos communication was really good and the information sent pre-checkin left us with a good feeling. There is a big supermarket 2 minutes away. There's also a train station, bringing you to Amsterdam Centraal within 30-45 minutes (so the "20 minutes" statement in the offer is more valid for the suburbs ;-)) The house offered everything you need, beds were cozy and the overall cleanliness was very good - only very few spots could get some deep cleaning (fridge, nightstand in the top room). Our only point of criticism: The oven was broken, which we stated on arrival. Unfortunately it has not been repaired during our stay (one week). At this point i would have appreciated an offer for a little compensation, as the oven is a really important thing in a kitchen and we had to pass on a lot of possibilities due to it. We fully recommend this house! We will come back in the future :)
