The house has 3 bedrooms, spacious areas and a very pleasant atmosphere, designed to disconnect from the daily rhythm and enjoy the surroundings. Its views of the mountain and its location in the middle of a rural area make it a very attractive option for those seeking calm, privacy and contact with nature, without giving up being close to the town and main services.



In the exterior you will find one of its great attractions: a private fenced saltwater pool, perfect for enjoying with greater tranquillity, especially if you are travelling with children.

The plot is completely fenced and has a garden, terrace and outdoor furniture to make the most of good weather.

In addition, the house has a charcoal barbecue, a perfect plus for outdoor meals and long after-meal gatherings in good company.



Inside, the property offers a warm and functional environment, with a fireplace, air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, mosquito nets throughout the accommodation and Smart TV, which provides comfort both in summer and in the cooler months.

It also has an alarm with sensors in the living room, providing an extra layer of security during the stay.

Booking Conditions

Mandatory deposit before entry (refundable 48 hours after review).

No parties or noise during rest hours.

Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking is allowed, with an additional supplement for each pet not included in the booking.

Security system with alarm (disconnected during guest's stay).

It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of water restrictions decreed by the authorities.

IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards involve an additional cost that must be paid upon entry.
