Check in was quick and friendly. Upon entry to room the heat was not on, took about 2 1/2 hours to warm room up to 70deg. Slept in winter hat and coat. Shower needs to be primed before going into overhead shower mode. No milk for morning breakfast, asked and they said they ran out at 7am. No toothbrushes available for guests.

The ledge in the shower was very dirty. The worst issue is the irons and ironing boards. The irons are poorly designed and easily fall over. My first ironing board had melted plastic on it that got on the iron and my shirt. I got another iron and ironing board from the front desk - prompt and friendly service. The second ironing board had three scorch marks on it. This is a safety issue. The staff was excellent and friendly.
