Huisje ligt niet vrij, de buren (naast en achter) zitten dicht op het huis. Door de uitbouw van de achterbuurman is er weinig privacy. Het huis is van binnen erg prettig met goede bedden, ruime badkamer en keuken. De omgeving is mooi, de wandelroutes starten voor de deur.
