Situated on a natural terrace, the farm blends into the landscape. You are surrounded by greenery away from the traffic with a breathtaking panorama. And yet you can be at the lake, on the mountain or in town in just a few minutes. This is the right place for you if you are looking for a haven of peace to leave everyday life behind you in a fantastic panoramic location.

There are two new high-quality flats on the farm. They are both furnished in solid wood country house style and offer the basis for your perfect holiday enjoyment with a generous room layout.

A summer holiday on the farm means a holiday in the middle of green meadows, away from traffic, where the children can romp around in the playground. Explore nature, get in touch with animals and gain an insight into farm work. The newly designed inner courtyard is for communal use. There are also spacious lawns around the entire farm with play areas, trampoline, sandpit, swing, Slakline, tree house and much more, which are available to all guests.
Enjoy the many possibilities not only in summer, but also in winter. Relax and unwind in one of the many quiet spots. Or, on the other hand, make active use of the games and sports facilities on site. If there is enough snow, the house meadow is perfect for tobogganing or your first turns on skis.

The landlords enthusiastically run the farm, which has been in the family for centuries. There are cattle, calves, cats and rabbits on the farm. The landlords are happy to let you take part in the daily tasks on the farm throughout the seasons. Helping out is expressly permitted. It is also possible to book a breakfast service on site.

The nearest public access to the lake is a 15-minute walk away. Of course, all water sports facilities are available on Lake Traunsee. But the farm location is also ideal for older people as a starting point for more or less long hikes away from road traffic. And you can also choose between a leisurely ride along the lake or a challenging mountain bike ride into the mountains. Not far from the farm, there is a wide range of sporting opportunities in winter. The charming family ski area on the neighbouring Feuerkogel offers unlimited fun in the snow for beginners and experts alike. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can get to know the idyllic winter landscape on a snowshoe or winter hike, for example.

The holiday flat on the ground floor facing the lake is approx. 85mÂČ in size and offers space for two people. The fully equipped kitchen with all the important kitchen utensils is located in the large eat-in kitchen. In addition to a dishwasher, there is also a kettle, ceramic hob and oven as well as a capsule coffee machine. The large dining table invites you to dine together after cooking. There is also a pull-out sofa bed for two people and a satellite TV. A comfortable double bed awaits you in the comfortable bedroom. In addition to a walk-in shower, the bathroom is also equipped with a sauna (incl. infrared heater). The WC is located separately.

You can access the terrace from the kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom. The terrace facing the lake invites you to linger and enjoy the marvellous panorama.
