The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and customer service oriented. He very much engaged with me throughout the entire check in process. He was very helpful in giving me some insight on places to go on our trip and specifically on the restaurant that we were planning to eat at.. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name.. Kudosto him..

The hotel is in need of an upgrade, but the rooms and lobby were clean and we had no problems. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was on par with free breakfasts at other hotels in this price range. The hotel is within walking distance of Wendy's and Denny's. My son and I felt safe walking over there at night.

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean, comfortable rooms and public spaces, and convenient on and off 0f I-40 in either direction. For it being on I-40 it is very quiet inside of the building. May I add we have been traveling from Houston to Denver every year for the past 5 years and the same personnel have been there.

Deserted burnt out hotel next door’s chain link fence the only parking for big truck or in back with no security camera extending that far already had me extremely worried about safety. Weeds and unkempt gardening not great. Room not ready. 30 minute wait. The gal at the front desk handled my anger very sweetly and professionally 5stars to her. Seemed clean just run down.
