Air filter/conditioning vent in room had build up of dirt and dust - it was gross. Curtains were broken and couldn’t be pulled to close out bright outdoor spotlights. Pet friendly was helpful. Should charge a flat pet rate rather than per pet.

My husband and I booked a last minute room here after our first hotel in Amarillo was a bust. The previous hotel room had been filthy, and we did not want to stay with our two children. The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We don't travel often, but I would absolutely stay here again.

A bit difficult to get to but a very nice place to stay. We chose this hotel because it is on the west side of Amarillo and we wouldn’t have to deal with traffic in the morning. We would stay here again.

The property is nice. The rooms are big and beds are comfy. Very clean and well made beds. The carpet smells like sweat or something rank. We opened the windows and sprayed air freshener and that helped. I would stay again. This is my 2nd time at this property.

I have no idea how this place has high reviews. The room is dated worn out and not very clean. The pool areahas peeling paint, rock fountain does not work, and both the pool and spa were murky. Only one of our two keys worked. The front desk clerk that check us in was rude and rolled her eyes. The lady in the morning at the front desk was the only redeeming quality of our stay.
