Air filter/conditioning vent in room had build up of dirt and dust - it was gross. Curtains were broken and couldn’t be pulled to close out bright outdoor spotlights. Pet friendly was helpful. Should charge a flat pet rate rather than per pet.

We enjoyed our one night stay. We were traveling with our newly adopted 6 month puppy. We reserved a suite room, so we could have room for our kennel to be set up. Breakfast was really good, service by staff was good as well. Couch was a little bit of bad shape, but beds were very comfortable. Got a good nights sleep, to be able to make the final 6 hours home to Falcon, Colorado.

The room smelled like dog poop. The lady at desk was upset bc they over booked & wanted me to move hotels. When I told her no she wasn’t happy. Perhaps that’s why we got in a room that stunk.

Paid over 200$ to stay in a room that was worn out. The door into the room had been damaged somehow prior and they had fixed it but left huge cracks that we could see out into the hallway. The cloth furniture was filthy and worn out along with the carpet. The whole room was just outdated and worn out. We will never stay there again. Was so disappointed.
