This was our first Drury Hotel stay. We were surprised by the high number of children and dogs. There was only one working elevator. The pool room was jammed with people in the evening so we didn’t go in then, waited until the next morning. Had to ask for towels and why the jets didn’t come on, the motor had burned out. Because the jets weren't working we left. Our room was wonderful except wish there was a freezer area in the mini refrigerator. The included 5:30 to 7 pm. Food and 3 drinks per person were good with several options. A good value and we would give Drury another try in the future.

Stayed twice in three weeks and one elevator was out of service both times. Invest in the timely maintenance of the critical resources like your elevator. The downed elevator was highly disruptive to all guests experience. Highly disappointing. I stay here multiple times a year and will consider other options after the consistent failure to Maintain the elevator.

Great desk clerk. The free dinner buffet with multiple beverages was a special first ever treat for us. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. Clean room. Top notch place. If all Drury Inns are this nice, I should be using you more.

The staff was very courteous. The room was clean but the hotel was packed with people and dogs. The upcharge for the pet is very high at $60. Most places are $25.

This hotel is very nice. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. However, there was no Internet. What I don’t like about this Drury is that you have to enter through the front lobby. There's always a lot of people in the lobby, and we have two small dogs with us. The breakfast is fine, but I would love it if they had parfaits on their buffet. There's another hotel on I-40 that we've stayed at for many years for that very reason. They serve a wonderful breakfast, but that hotel is not as clean as the Drury.
