Very comfortable all staff was kind and helpful, with the exception of a lady whom I asked for napkins during breakfast. She directed me to them but I had shared with her that I searched for some but couldn't find any. She didn't offer to get some for me. I had to search until I asked someone else for them. Meantime, my breakfast got cold.

Too expensive for the value. $75 pet fee and $35 valet is exorbitant for such a small city. There is also a water heater in every room behind a creepy locked door and the AC is very very loud. Found hair in the tub that was not mine. Found hair on the toilet seat as well. To charge they amount they did overall and then not even be clean?

We really like this hotel. The only negative is that when we checked out on Sunday there were no bellmen around to help with luggage, which included a fairly sizable crate for our dog. People were standing in line for baggage carts to bring their own luggage down. Took quite a while to finally get out of the hotel. Other than that, we really like the hotel and this location
