This is our second time staying here and once again it was a great stay! The room & bathroom were very clean. Even without breakfast being offered I still think this place is such a wonderful place. We were traveling with our kids and I felt safe & comfortable being here with my family. The staff is kind and really helpful.

Took a while to get signed-in at desk. Training going on. Our keys did not work and when the desk clerk came up to help us, she got us in--to a dirty room with TV on, stacks of towels, etc. Finally got a different room. TV remote was not working. I was very sick with flu and in bed trying to sleep. My husband had to let the clerk in again to try and fix the television. Clerk did her best, but the place was flaky. A full kitchen but not even a pan or spoon. Ha! Quirky. And NO CONTINNENTAL BREAKFAST, NOT EVEN A BANANA.

The experience was terrible. Big sign in the lobby said "complimentary bottle of water" fact was no water. Arrived after 11PM, got put in a room next to kids who started screening and bouncing off the walls before 7AM. Staff didn't stock paper towels in the lobby and the place overall was dirty. Never stay here.
