The shower stall floor was stained. The room looked clean but around the headboard where the mattress rested on the platform was filled with old hair from other guests as was the floor around the top of the beds and in corners. It's a real easy fix - vacuum after each guest. The location did not seem safe and my wife said she would never have stayed there on her own. I'm super disappointed with Tru and are surprised that Hilton attaches their name to the chain.

The lobby was stocked with games, pet treats and fresh coffee. The room had clean surfaces but could use a deep clean (grout, corners, rim under the sink all had gooey buildup). Everything smelled clean and fresh and staff were very nice. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of options including hot eggs and sausage.

Check was amazing. The lady at the front desk was very personable and even checked with the restaurant we wanted to go to that they would be open. Only negative was there was absolutely no conditioner in the bathroom. The container was empty. I could have asked for more, but I was already showering when I discovered it.
