Come make yourself at home in our beautiful 2 Bedrooms/ 1 Bath Yellow Cottage. Conveniently located : 1.4 miles from I-40 and 1.7 miles from I-27, 2 miles from downtown, and 2 miles from Route 66.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a prep Island, fully loaded to prepare dinner. A formal dinning room with a table for six.
The Smart tv on living room has Disney plus and Hulu.
Located in Bivins Neighborhood, only 1.8 miles from Route 66. Route 66 is a one mile of antiques, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and bars.
Only 1.3 miles from downtown Amarillo, shopping, Civic Center, Hodgetown and many restaurants

Your Family will love to relax in the shaded backyard , dinning table, and patio furniture.

In the back It's another VRBO Yellow Studio (1 bed/1bath+ garage), separated and gated, that you can rent upon request and availability.

The Driveway located on front side of the house is reserved for the Yellow Cottage Home guests.

Great area to go for a walk/or jogging . My favorite route : Start on 12th st(across st of the house) walk around the little park (about one block from the house) and along S Julian Blvd.
Another nearby Park is Ellwood park 0.9 miles from the house.

The perfect stop on our road trip! The house is very clean, in great condition, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought and care into preparing it for renters. Great neighborhood and we enjoyed our morning walk with our dog to the nearby park. We loved our stay at the yellow cottage. The home is adorable and the host added several hotel-like touches that made our stay so nice. I will definitely book this property again if we go to Amarillo!
