Come enjoy our nicely furnished home just 2 miles from Iowa State University. This home has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10. Every bedroom has a smart TV and there is a 75" Samsung in the theater room. All access Hulu is provided at no cost. Get outside in the huge backyard to BBQ, shoot some hoops, or just enjoy the crisp Iowa air! The kitchen is loaded with amenities including a coffee bar and the bathrooms have everything you may have forgotten to pack from a toothbrush to shampoo to razors. We thought of everything!

The house was easy to find and met our needs perfectly. There was plenty of sleeping spaces (6 sorority sisters!) and gathering spaces. We found ourselves sitting around the table sharing stories for a big part of our time in the house as this was a warm and comfortable spot close to the kitchen. The host was easily accessible and helpful throughout the process. We'd stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay in this property. The house was larger than the pictures show, very clean, and the beds very comfortable. It was a gathering place for our family of 20 during the weekend of the first home football game. The yard and basketball hoop was definitely a kid pleaser. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and entertain guests. Even had a card table and chair set so all had a place to set and eat! Definitely recommend this home as a VRBO stay. Carol

This place was fantastic. We came to Ames/Des Moines for the National Senior Games. The location is terrific. We could make it to the Iowa State Campus in minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The home is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room, the kitchen is really well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans. It was nice to be able to use the garage. Kevin was very available and had excellent communication with us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Family wedding

We stay here for a family wedding. My 3 kids and their families and my wife and I stayed here. Super backyard for my grandkids to play. Everyone had their own room and there was space to gather together. The host was super to communicate with and his responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!

Best VRBO in Ames

Unlike some properties, this home had everything in working order along with noticeable quality: very comfortable beds and bedding, plush towels, neat closets with plentiful hangers, clean, bright kitchen with nice dish and glassware. The amenities, including smart TV’s in each room, were carefully thought of, and the neighborhood was quiet and attractive. Would stay here again!

Lovely place

This was a great place for a family gathering to see student at ISU and go to 7 Oaks for skiing. Ended up being 8 adults, 1 child. We all fit. The extra table and chairs meant we could all sit down for a family dinner. We had fun watching the big tv downstairs. They had everything we needed for a fun get together.

Great stay in Ames

We really enjoyed our stay. All of the beds were very comfortable and the host even included little extras in the kitchen and bathroom- in case you needed them. The host quickly responded to questions. We would love to stay again. Just a reminder to park in the garage or driveway, there is a no parking sign in the cul-de-sac.
