Welcome to our adorable guest suite in the garden level of our occupied family home in a quiet residential neighborhood in north Ames. It's just 2 minutes to beautiful Ada Hayden Heritage Park Lake, 8 minutes to Mary Greeley Medical Center, and 8 minutes to ISU.

It includes 500 square feet of personal space and has a private entrance. With our convenient self-check-in, you will enjoy a private stay with no host interaction unless you choose to visit one of our shared spaces.

This property is a duplex. The other side is occupied full-time by two amazing tenants who are quiet and respectful.
