I thought my room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little dark in the hallways and the rooms could use a little more lighting. The carpeting should be replaced. Other than those few things, my stay was good. Customer service was great!

Third time staying here. 2nd time deadbolt didn’t work. This time the door didn’t latch either. I didnt know that until 6am when a man opened the door to my room. Thankfully I had the door hinge thing at the top pushed over and the office char in front of the door so he knew he was in the wrong room and stopped. He asked if I was (woman’s name). When I told him “no”, he said oh, xx. I’m sorry”. AC wasn’t on (90 degree day) and bathroom smelled of something I can only describe as cat urine. Shower doors leaked so huge puddle on the floor. So disappointed. Especially for the price I paid.
