Our grandma's and grandpa's grange - as we used to call it in our childhood - is located in Palaiochori, a quiet village (8km far from Amfiklia)
Today it is decorated in such a way that it makes it warmth, ideal for families and groups who love nature, adore exploring the forest, the beauty of the mountain and enjoy mountain biking.
As for ski & snowboard's lovers , famous ski center of Parnassus mountain is waiting all visitors for unforgetable moments!
The house is developed in 90sqm. - sunny & bright all day - features 2 bedrooms with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob / oven, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer as well as dishwasher.
 In the large high-ceilinged living room with fireplace there are 2 sofas. At Simi's cottage you can relax reading a book, listening to music (radio and CD player), watching TV or cooking at its comfortable-fully equipped kitchen including dish washer.
For sunny winter days or spring excursions you can enjoy the view of the covered veranda leading to the beautiful olive-tree garden.
The surrounding area is a walled garden which provides security & privacy to the house.
Finally there is sheltered storage space for storing ski, snowboard or bicycle equipment.
