I was welcomed by a great professional lady named Ward who I believe being a regukar traveller she woll have a great future in this industry. She was amazing and made sure to answer all my questions. This was an excellent hotel. We were disappointed that the executive lounge was closed when we arrived but they had made alternate arrangements which worked quite well. Dinner was great and the staff excellent. Breakfast buffet was probably best of our trip. I used room service twice and they were prompt on both occasions with good food. Would stay here again.

A wee bit pricey for breakfast...so on checkin ask for the discounts...the taxis are expensive taken from the hotel..so..thats worth consideration.... as well....maybe get one outside..... The hotel is lovely..the staff are really nice and helpful...
