VILLA HANDRAS, unit 2, MANDORLO

in a large Mediterranean garden (9000 m2), 2 cycladic one storey houses recently built (2011), the main villa where live the owners, an Italian couple (Milan) with a child, and the guest house, divided into two apartments, each with a wide veranda and exclusive portion of garden. Each apartment has a living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartments are furnished with a tasteful simplicity and elegance, houses 'design' while respecting the Cycladic style, and equipped with all amenities for a relaxing and comfortable.
Each veranda is equipped with a simple kitchen, as well as table, chairs and 'chaises longues'.
It is a house 'ECO', the materials used and all the equipment has been realized thinking of protecting the beautiful natural environment that surrounds it. The dirty water is retrieved, processed and recycled by a sophisticated system, only to be re-used to water the plants and flowers.
In the basement of the house there is a room shared by the two apartments, where they can be housed luggage and any equipment.
