The private studio is part of a city villa and situated in a quiet and green area just outside the rush of the city center. The studio has a living room with a 2 person sofa bed and nice kitchen and a room with a big 2 person bed and nice bathroom. There is also an extra mattress for sleeping upstairs. The house is 5 minutes from the tram station line 2. From here you can go straight to all touristic places like the Museum square with van Gogh and Rijksmuseum, Dam Square with Anne Frank house and Central Station. The villa is easy to reach from the airport. We have a private driving way for a parking car.

Tout petit duplex bien placé

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© avec mes 2 ados 4 nuits dans ce duplex. Il est plutĂŽt agrĂ©able avec un trĂšs bel environnement calme et joli et avec un accĂšs rapide au tramway 2 qui mĂšne au centre d’Amsterdam. Un Spar est tout Ă  cĂŽtĂ© pour dĂ©panner. L’hĂŽte n’était pas prĂ©sent Ă  notre arrivĂ©e mais a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif et les Ă©changes Ă©taient tout Ă  fait serviables. Je rejoins les avis prĂ©cĂ©dents sur le fait que la location n’est pas adaptĂ©e pour 3 personnes. La salle de bain est riquiqui, il manque des amĂ©nagements, des crochets pour attacher des serviettes, ou un vĂȘtement. Idem pour cuisiner et manger, c’est compliquĂ© quand le canapĂ© est ouvert en version lit, il n’y a plus de place pour manger autour de la petite table basse. Une table de jardin avec des chaises extĂ©rieures auraient Ă©tĂ© un plus. Conclusion : Je trouve le prix de la location beaucoup trop chĂšre pour les prestations mĂȘme si j’ai bien conscience que le logement Ă  Amsterdam et sa rĂ©gion est coĂ»teux.

Beau studio, trÚs bien situé

Beau studio propre et bien amĂ©nagĂ©, trĂšs bien situĂ©. 5-6 minutes de marche du tram #2 et du bus 369 vers l'aĂ©roport. Quartier trĂšs calme, peu de voitures. C'est une trĂšs bonne option pour visiter Amsterdam sans ĂȘtre au centre ville. Je recommande.

TrÚs bon séjour

Studio idéal pour 2-3 personnes : pour les repas la table basse est un peu trop basse (dommage qu'elle ne soit pas réglable) sinon tout est nickel. le coin est calme, le propriétaire accueillant. le studio est bien situé permettant de gagner le centre d'Amsterdam en tram assez rapidement mais permettant aussi de sortir d'Amsterdam en voiture facilement pour aller aux alentours tels les jardins du kuckenhof ou le village de Zaanse Schans . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Nice holidays in this apartment. Car parking close to the house in a peaceful quiet environment. The tramway 2 (leads to museum quartier, to amsterdam center and to central station )is six min far by walk and subway 15. The owner is really kind and helpful.

Great host and location.

Perhaps a little pricey compared to some other places, but it's worth it - you are paying for the location which is great - a 5-10 minute walk to the tram and then 30-35 minutes into Central Amsterdam. But also very good access to the airport, trains, Metro and buses. The studio was clean and relatively functional, in a nice, clean and quiet neighbourhood. There are a few things that could easily be done to take the studio up a level, and we think that when you are spending a decent amount of money, that some luxury and a bit more functionality are justifiably expected. Again, this isn't being negative or critical, we just think this place has the potential to be amazing, rather than great :-)We are fairly confident that if you book this place you won't be disappointed.

Perfect Location!

This was the perfect location - convenient to the tram into city center, yet far enough away that it was quiet and lowkey. Our host was very helpful with advice on navigating the area, and personally welcomed us. I have nothing but good things to say!

Very expensive for what it is. Not my best choice.

We have stayed at many VRBO's and this one ranks near the bottom. The pros - it is in a nice neighborhood, close to the tram and the airport and it is clean. The cons - the living room/kitchen combo is very small. There is no table and no room for a table so if you want to eat, you can use your lap or use the little round coffee table. I would suggest a coffee table that can be moved up or down or at the very least TV trays. The stairs are very narrow and make a sharp turn to the right at the bottom making them quite treacherous. Erwin, however, was very responsive and I always got a reply within an hour or two

We had a fabulous visit for our first time in Amsterdam! Erwin was very friendly, quite responsive to all messages, and helped us learn to navigate the city. Would recommend staying here to anyone planning to visit the city.

Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung

Wir waren als Familie mit einem Teenager in der Ferienwohnung bei Erwin. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Da wir Amsterdam erkundeten, waren wir nicht viel in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt nah an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, so dass wir unser Auto stehen lassen konnten. Ein großer Vorteil ist der eigene Parkplatz, da die ParkgebĂŒhren in Amsterdam sehr teuer sind. Die Ferienwohnung empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter.

Great location to explore Amsterdam. The property was spotless and well-cared for. Everything we needed was here. The host had convenient directions to access wifi, TV and other appliances/utilities in the property as well as recommendations to local stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!
