It's very basic, and its a bit of a pot-luck what room you get. In this case, we had a room downstairs at the back, which has open windows upon a street. Anyone walking by therefore can look inside the room which is not always the easiest. It would make sense, IOO, that windows are partially blinded out so it makes it 'feel' a bit more private.
For the rest, location wise, its fantastic. We didn't have the breakfast, so I can't really comment on that part, but, we did find it a bit disconcerting that their key locker, in essence to be used after 20:30-21:00, can be used by anyone, because when we arrived, our names where displayed on an A4 above the key-lock box, with instructions how to open and extract key to the assigned room....
