Good value, perfect location

This is a small hotel with minimal amenities. It has been recently remodeled and is very clean. The bed was comfortable. Our room was medium sized but the bathroom is small - space for only one person at a time. We found the location to be ideal - just outside of the main canal ring in a small alley, so it is very quiet, but within 5-10 minute walk to the musuems, park, Red Light, etc. It is more of a local area with less tourists. Also, the tram is a block away if you prefer not to walk. We did not try the breakfast, since there were three good coffee places nearby. The walls are rather thin, but we found this to be true of all European hotels. Definitely a great value.
