Modern looking hotel but badly insulated inside and outside. Could hear the neighbour snoring and coughing and lots of noise outside. The location is excellent however. Lovely room with everything you could need. Reception staff excellent!!! Otherwise staff generallly grumpy. Breakfast ok, but sitting around for a long time despite being busy.

The room was clean, large and well appointed with everything we may have needed. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and in a great location. The bed was very firm and we found it to be quite cold in the room. We had the heater turned up but it never got above about 65°F. Our room was not available until almost 4 pm which, after 24 hours of travel, was a little frustrating. The staff was warm and welcoming each time we saw them.

Good hotel, wonderful breakfast, great location! There was a lengthy delay in getting the room ready, I didn’t have access until around 4pm. There was no special service recovery effort.
