Our 50-square-meter vacation apartment can accommodate 2–4 people. The large living room, featuring a panoramic window and a kitchenette, serves as the central living space. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sofa bed in the living room provides a cozy sleeping spot for two more people.
From the terrace, which features a grill and a fire pit, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view across the Elbe River floodplain all the way to the mountains of Hitzacker. Cyclists are welcome!

UnseHof Schwalbennest is located on the outskirts of the small village of Kaarßen on the Elbe River. Behind the farm, the meadows and fields of the Elbe Valley Biosphere Reserve stretch out, and on our 14,000 m² property, you’ll find peace and plenty of space. The natural garden invites you to relax and unwind. A vegetable garden, various fruit shrubs, and fruit trees tempt you to snack on the fresh produce.
