3miles/9minutes to Disney residential not condo

Sumary:
Alexa! Set temperature to a cozy 78 degrees. Relax in front of the electronic fireplace, and enjoy a classic movie on the 65" 4K TV. Tired from standing in lines at Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm? Spread out on a spacious king-size bed for some nice relief. This is the place for you and your loved ones to feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. We have all sorts of amenities so you can fee right at home.

The Space:
Cozy and clean private place, guest has the whole unit. The space is 2 bed rooms with 2 bathrooms. Dedicated 2 king size bed and a full size bed. There are also two memory foam futons and a sofa bed which adds an aditional 2 queen size bed and a full size bed. The space is equiped with a full kitchen and everything you would need to prepare a family meal or breakfast before heading out to local attractions. Including microwave, toaster, pots/pan, oil/spices, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, air fryer, oven, stove, dishwasher, and of course the essential coffee pot. Free wifi and ethernet sockets available.

This space is ideal for a 3 generation family of 8 or two close knitt family of 4 (total 8). However, this space can provide comfortable sleeping arrangement for a group up 12 to catch some zZz before hitting the attractions the next day. This place is perfect for a family atmosphere or a place to sleep a lot of people but is not a good place to throw a party or invite a bunch of people over.

Guest Access:
The full 2bed/2bath space along with full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer the guess has access to. I also have a bunch of streaming subscriptions I can sign on to the 3 TVs at guest's request or I can leave them on guest mode to allow guest to use their own subscriptions without parental discretion worries.

The Neighborhood:
Guest house located in the front of the property with private entrance and front yard. This "guest house" is the face of the property and often seen/mistaken for the main house.

Getting Around:
easy access to public bus, plenty of street parking at all hours, and simple for uber/lyft pickup and dropoff. It is cheaper to Uber to Disney than to pay for parking. We are that close. We are technically walking distance to Disney but it would take 1hr. I would not recommend it, save your legs for walking around inside the park and for the lines.

This home is 9min from Disney, 7min from Anaheim Convention Center, 13min from Knotts Berry Farm/Soak City, 19min from Little Saigon, 15min from Angel Stadium, and various other food/attractions such as the Anaheim Packing House and Rodeo39.

Other Things to Note:
This is a guest house located in front of the property. From the street view this house is seen as the main house with its white picket fence, grass front yard, and walk way straight to the door.

The house has a shared wall with the back main house but it was constructed after with spacing between. Essentially, the shared wall is 1ft thick with multiple layers of insulation and stucko thus providing near perfect noise and thermal isolation.

This guess house has the front yard with private entrance so guest has complete privacy without crossing the host at all.

Parking is street parking only with plentiful availability and 2 dedicated street parking spots directly in front of the house allowing for a direct path through the picket gate and into the house. ~20ft.

If you are looking for infant/toddler amenities such as strollers, wagons, high chairs, crib, ect. please inquire. I have 3 children ages 6,4, and 2. I may be able to accomodate. Please inquire prior to booking.

There is also wheel chair access up to the door but there is a 5inch step on the door. Also, inside furniture would not allow a wheelchair to be operated in the house. This space is one floor and no other steps in the house. It would be ok for limited mobility guest rather than wheelchair bound guests.

Interaction with Guests:
Host available at any time of the day via text. Host is available and lives on the property but not in the unit.
