The house is spacious. 4bdrm/3bath was convenient. Location to parks & beaches was ideal. Kitchen well stocked, premium soaps, dish towels, cooking ware. The beds were comfortable, 2 pillows per person, the host responds quickly to inquiries. It is an older neighborhood so being able to park in the garage is a huge plus. The house would benefit from a deep clean, it didn't take long to determine you have to wear shoes inside at all times. Layer of dust on the outlets, the throw rugs are filthy, the throw pillow should be tossed out, better to have none than worn out thread bare pillows, I cleaned out the dryer in addition to the filter, it was coated with months of lint (if not a potential fire hazard it slows the drying process/wasted energy). The sink in the 2 bed bath did not work. The hot water runs out quickly so plan to have half the group shower at night and the other half morning. This is not a kid oriented home with no backyard for them to play (the pics are accurate, just consider this when planning your stay).
