PARKING:
One (1) parking space is allocated to the unit and the space will be assigned and properly marked with the tenant's apartment number. The tenant may park a second personal vehicle in tandem behind the designated space with the permission of the landlord. No Oil Changes, or major overhauls on vehicles shall be performed on or around the premises. No inoperable vehicles are allowed. No Motor homes, trailers, campers or boats shall be parked on or around the premises. It is highly recommended that you always carry a comprehensive insurance policy on your vehicle. You are required by Alaska law to carry at least liability to cover damages to others. Snow removal is scheduled when three or more inches has fallen per snowfall. Make sure you move your vehicle out of the parking area so that we can properly remove the excess snow. Any vehicle left in the way may be charged a $50.00 fee.
A Coin-op laundry is provided on the east side of the building for the convenience of the guests. It is imperative that the Laundry be kept locked at all times for the sake of security and convenience of all the occupants.
