I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Anchorage. I don't know if I've ever felt so comfortable in a rental before. It was so cozy! The shower heads were very cool! Great location! Very clean! Tracey was an amazing host and was very accommodating! Highly recommend!

This place was fabulous! Everything we needed was supplied. And so many extras: filtered refrigerator water, plenty of room, (there were only two of us, the house has beds for 8!), and a sauna. We didn’t cook, but everything was supplied. The location was perfect for us: near Potter Marsh where we spent most of our time birding, the bore tide on Turnaround, and the airport when we left. We would definitely stay there again.

Duplex a little run down on outside but inside is in great shape and very clean. However we were there on a very warm day and could not open windows due to no screens and mosquitos swarming all over outside of window.

Convenient and comfortable

This was the perfect place to stay when flying into Anchorage late in the evening, only 10 minutes from the airport. Beds and pillows were comfortable, shower was awesome and grill was perfect for making a home cooked meal. Plenty of room for my family of 5 plus father in law. I'd highly recommend.

Great property

This was perfect for our stay in Anchorage! It had all the amenities of home and was close to a grocery store, gas stations and not far from most places in the city. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. It was reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!
