This beautifully remodeled two-level Townhouse! Updates include a new carpet in the living room, new hardwood flooring in the bathroom, fresh paint throughout the walls, and much more. The property is facing sunny south-side and has a large private backyard with deck and barbecue. A spacious master bedroom and guest bedroom with a full bathroom and laundry upstairs. It was a nice place to stay but your can tell they are still in the process of getting this place up to a good standard. The carpet upstairs was in rough shape and should be replaced. The hot & cold water was switched around on many of the faucets (including the washing machine so be aware that if you think you're washing colors in cold/cold it's actually HOT/HOT!). The main floor is nicely updated and was very comfortable for hanging out it. We walked the neighborhood several times and felt comfortable with our surrounds.

The place was awesome thank you very much. However, when we got there, the back window was open. The screen was intact and definitely didn’t seem like anybody disturbed anything but I thought I’d let you know. I also noticed a bee nest under the garage. I have a picture attached with the location for you guys.
