Maison bien placĂ©e dans un quartier normalement calme. Beaucoup de chiens qui aboient sans cesse dĂ©s le matin. le jardin est agrĂ©able et la maison spacieuse mais pas du tout entretenue. Lave vaisselle en panne, four inutilisable, moisissure sur le rideau de douche, mobilier trĂšs trĂšs ancien, mur craquelĂ©, trampoline rouillĂ©e
 de plus impossible d’obtenir la facture obligatoire du propriĂ©taire qui ne rĂ©pond plus aprĂšs le sĂ©jour.

Notre sĂ©jour s’est passĂ© Ă  merveille. La maisonnette est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec un beau jardin. L’électromĂ©nager Ă©tait plus ou moins fonctionnel mais tout nous a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©sentĂ© pendant la visite. Flexible pour les horaires d’arrivĂ©es et de sorties ce qui est trĂšs pratique. Maison juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du bassin, nous avons vu de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Au plaisir de repasser par Andernos-Les-Bains

SĂ©jour Ă©courtĂ©, probleme d’humiditĂ©, insalubritĂ©

ProblĂšmes d’humiditĂ©, trĂšs fortes odeurs, moisissures sur le mobilier, cafards - tout cela s’ajoutant a un manque d’entretien general (trampoline rouillĂ© et en mauvais etat, hamac vert de mousse, tables branlantes
). Vacances gĂąchĂ©es par manque de serieux du propriĂ©taire qui ne verifie pas l’etat du logement avant la location (remise des clĂ©s par les voisines, aucun etat des lieux)

Propriété sympa - retour dans le passé

Un accueil trÚs appréciable. Propriété sympa proche de la mer et jardin trÚs appréciable pour une famille et amis avec animaux. Dans un quartier calme. Bien équipé pour passer un bon séjour. Seul bémol, la douche qui serait à rénover.

Maison fonctionnelle et agrĂ©able au calme. Les casseroles et poeles ont rĂ©ellement besoin d'ĂȘtre remplacĂ©es. Suggestion Un petit entretien de la maison pourrait permettre de lui donner une vie plus longue (boiseries exterieures, canalisation Pvc exterieures).
