The ground floor with its raw stone floor and open to the garden, consists of:

A majestic dining room with a large solid wood table, ideal for intimate or convivial dinners.

A high-end open kitchen, perfectly equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, hobs, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, complete tableware and utensils) to satisfy the most demanding gastronomes.

A discreet laundry room with washing machine and sanitary facilities complete this level.

Let yourself be charmed by the tree-lined garden, its elegant furniture, and its authentic tarte flambée oven accompanied by a bonbowl. A unique space to savor the calm of the Alsatian countryside, in an absolutely preserved setting.



Floor dedicated to rest and relaxation

The artisanal spiral staircase leads you to the floor, where luxury and comfort continue:



A spacious living room with soothing tones, equipped with a large sofa, and a giant chess set for lovers of refined moments.

Two charming bedrooms with large comfortable double beds and understated, elegant decor.

Each has its private bathroom with walk-in shower, designer sink and toilet.



The house can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, with sleeping arrangements distributed as follows: 1 double bed in each bedroom and 2 individual sofa beds in the living room, suitable only for children, ideal for a smooth stay in a confidential and exceptional setting.



Key Handover:

A concierge will welcome you upon arrival to hand over the keys and facilitate your stay. Please note that if you arrive:

between 8 PM and 11 PM, there is a supplement of 20 euros

after 10 PM, the supplement is 40 euros

A prior request will be necessary and payment will be made directly to the concierge upon arrival.



Ideal Location

Located in the small village of Andlau, one of the most beautiful villages in France, on the famous Alsace Wine Route. Just 30 km from Strasbourg, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the region, whether for cultural visits, wine tastings, or hiking in the surrounding area.



Your accommodation will be entirely yours. To best satisfy you during your stay:

Cleaning will be done

Beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary for the sofa bed will be provided,

Clean towels will be available along with a bath mat per bathroom and kitchen towels



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you



The signature of a digital contract and your identification document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after the reservation, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
