Unique, Spacious, Self-Built Eco House with Huge Garden and Movie Room

Our family home was designed and built by us in 2016 and is a certified Passiv-Haus. We love the large open-plan living which is perfect for entertaining and get-togethers. The large patio area and garden are great for relaxing at home, having BBQ’s or just to enjoy the countryside.

You will not be short of amenities here or things to do as you will even have access to a tennis court.

Our house is a great base to explore many tourist destinations such as Stonehenge and Winchester.

Please no fireworks as the horse in the field next door is very sensitive as are our neighbours pets.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! There were 10 adults and 2 children in our group, and the space was perfect for all of us—comfortable, spacious, and very well-equipped.We stayed for 2 nights over Easter to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better setting. We enjoyed a lovely barbecue and spent quality time together without ever feeling cramped. The house had everything we needed, and the atmosphere made the celebration extra special.The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early and offering flexibility with check-out, which we really appreciated—it made the whole experience stress-free and even more enjoyable.A special mention to her mum and mother-in-law, who were both very kind and welcoming—they really added a lovely personal touch to our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for group stays, family gatherings, or special occasions. We would definitely love to come back!

I am glad I chose this accommodation for my 30th.The scenery was lovely, the house was fully equipped, kitchen and utilities too.The house is very modern and relaxing, the cinema room was just out of this world. Magical Christmas Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our group of 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 4 children. The property was extremely well furnished, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even to cook a complete Christmas dinner for us all with all the trimmings. The host had kindly decorated the lounge area with a Christmas tree and other decorations. A cot and high chair for the baby were provided and the cinema room was perfect for movies and computer games. The outside area is perfect, especially in good weather for the children to play as it is large with swings and outdoor games. We felt extremely welcome and wouldn't hesitate to stay here with our family in the future. A special thanks to Dianna and Elle.

Perfect family stay

We have just returned from a family weekend and we had the most wonderful time. Communication prior to our arrival was clear and concise, check in was smooth. The attention to detail in this home was second to none, we were left wanting for nothing. The property itself is stunning, comfortable and had everything you needed. Wonderful stay in Ecohouse

This is an absolutely fantastic house to stay in. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, light, airy, spacious and comfortable. There were so many plus points. Firstly I must mention the friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of Dianna from the moment we arrived. Secondly use of the tennis court and equipment was a highlight of our holiday. The garden is huge and perfect for both children and adults; well equipped and with an inviting outdoor seating area. The house is well equipped and easily accommodated our party of eleven. The huge open plan kitchen, dining and seating area created a sociable atmosphere and was very well equipped for all age groups. The bathrooms were stunning and the cinema room was a real treat. The situation of the house was very convenient for family arriving from all directions. And although close to the A303, this did not impact at all on our peaceful relaxing stay is beautiful surroundings. We will definitely return!

Excellent place for a family weekend

We very much enjoyed our weekend at the house. The accommodation is very comfortable, extremely clean and well-equipped with plenty of space for an extended family group. We loved the large garden tennis court and cinema room. The hosts' communication, welcome and helpfulness were excellent.

Great place for a family weekend away

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the house. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The layout was perfect for a large family gathering, the cinema room was genuinely better than an actual cinema and the kids (aged from 3 to 8) loved the garden and the tennis court.

Friends and Family Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The house was spacious and clean with a huge outdoor area which the children loved. The hosts were friendly, helpful and flexible with checkin and checkout. The house had everything we could have needed. The fresh coffee was a great touch too. Some great activities for children in the area though our's were more than satisfied with the tree swing on it's own! I would 100% recommend this property to anyone considering it.

Great place for a get together

Comfy, stylish and spacious

7 adults and one medium dog stayed at this property for a weekend to celebrate a special birthday. The house did not disappoint. The pictures do not do justice for how lovely this house is. It has everything you need, and even things you didnt realise were missing from your life! Despite this property being someone's home, we didn't feel difficult because every effort had been made to make sure we felt at home. A lovely card and essential items were left for us. Communication was spot on, Elle always got back to me quickly. Elle's mum came to make sure everything was OK and was so lovely and warm. The hosts could not have done more for us, thank you. We all had such a wonderful stay in this lovely property and wished we could've stayed longer. Thank you Elle and Ben.

Superb Home

We had a fantastic stay at Red Bluff House. As a large group including adults and children, the house had every amenity we needed. From the generous open plan living and dining area, to the cinema room and the huge outdoor space with lots of seating and activities for kids. The huge selection of puzzles and board games was a great added touch. Everything was clean, modern and in excellent condition. Hosts were very responsive to our needs during the stay. Highly recommended!

Don’t hesitate - just book it!

We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Red Bluff House. The house is even better than the pictures suggest. The flow of the kitchen area/living space/outdoor area was perfect for our two families (4 adults & 4 kids). Nothing was too much trouble for Elle and her mother and all their recommendations for local pubs etc were spot on.

Exceeded our expectations

My family and I have just returned from a 3 night break in this fabulous property and we really could not fault it in any way. For a party of 8 adults, 2 young children and an dog we had plenty of space in which to enjoy our family gathering (especially as the weather was not particularly kind to us most of our time was indoors). The property was very warm and welcoming. It is very well equipped for all your kitchen needs. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the bedding and towels felt luxurious. The additional touches such as use of games, books and of course the amazing movie room sets this property apart from others and one to highly recommend. There was always prompt and excellent communication with the owners throughout.

A Lovely Getaway

We rented this property in order to have a family Christmas getaway and it ticked all the boxes. The open plan space downstairs was perfect for socialising, as was the cinema room, and made for a memorable Christmas. The outdoor space was just right for the kids to play in and the check in process was seamless. Worked perfectly for our extended family (7 adults, 2 children) but would work just as well for any group looking to spend some quality time together.

Family trip in lovely property

Stayed for a few nights as a family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children under 5). We were easily accommodated in the property with some beds going spare. The property is very well equipped with every kitchen utensil, pan etc you could need. BBQ equipment provided, multiple smart TVs, together with plenty of games for both inside and outside. The children loved the playset and tree swing, and just generally running around the large garden. The property is tucked away, but detailed directions were provided. Definitely advise using what3words to find it instead of postcode. Host replied immediately when we had a minor issue with the heating/water. Highly recommend staying here. Would come again. Stunning property in the country

The house was absolutely beautiful and was the perfect setting for a weekend in the country with friends. The house had everything we needed and more - a huge kitchen, big table for us all to eat around, outside space, bbq, tennis courts, and a cinema room. The facilities were all immaculate and very well maintained. Communication with the host was seamless, they were very responsive and helpful in letting us know check in/out processes and answering any questions we had. Wonderful place to get together.

We (3 families with teenage children) loved staying here. The grounds are huge, the patio area was perfect to dine and chat, the kids loved the movie room! Lots of space for us all in a great location. We hope to come back!

Do not hesitate to book this beautiful house. Plenty of room for everyone.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay. The house has everything that you need. Communication with the owners was first class. We had 3 dogs with us and there is so much room in the garden for them all to ‘mooch’ around in. We didn’t feel the need to go out. We just chilled etc. just eat deliver so we had a great Indian on our first night. BBQ on the second. Not sure about the third. We were gin and rum happy playing board games. Book it. You won’t regret it x
